I went in today to close a auto payment that was coming out from my account and going into my brothers and the RUDE banker FEROZE KHAN didn’t allow it to happen. He was extremely unprofessional and not interested in explaining why I WASN'T ABLE TO MAKE A CHNAGE ON MY ACCOUNT. MY ACCOUNT. Again, FEROZE KHAN was extremely unpleasant to work with and when I said I was going to shut my account down, he did not even care. I also saw that a few negative google reviews were made about this jerk. Unbelievable that they still have have as a Banker and don’t care about their customers. I am closing my checking, savings and credit cards with them and having my brother refinance his loan with a different bank and telling people i’ve recommended to them to go elsewhere. I am absolutely displeased

I totally miss my Firefly credit union. My experiences, (except with the old Firefly employees), have been so discouraging. One person outright told me that he couldn't help me without hardly listening to my concern. I went in again, and I felt like I was being dismissed and discounted before I even had a chane to explain my situation! I have almost literally been in tears over the loss of my wonderful credit union that I have been a member of since 1977. I hardly even want to go inside the building anymore! So sad!

Waste of time. Called ahead to ask how long opening a new business account would take. Assured it rarely took longer than 30 minutes. Make the drive out to their not really convenient location. Get told I need to wait in line and can't even get copies of the forms to fill out while waiting. Even though when 20 minutes later the banker, who clearly wants me out of there before close, shows me forms that are available on the website and that I'm required to fill out all the optional ones, anyway. They emphasized they wouldn't do anything for me that day. Didn't matter that the paperwork would take me about 5 minutes of scrawling. So between the wasted drive, lobby time, and carless banker I'm losing about 2 hours of business time, fully 10% of my weekly bandwidth as CEO of a new charity. I also called previously to verify what documentation was needed for their nonprofit accounts. Took a day to get a reply and they mentioned no other caveats. It was also frustrating that on their business account page they clearly list "nonprofit checking" as a product, but the tellers and the banker acted surprised and confused and needed me to clarify if I meant a personal account or a business account. All said and done, I've lost some 4-5 hours between multiple attempts to streamline my process so when I finally had to show up in person it could go smoothly. Any savings I may have received using their services were more than wiped out than the hundreds of dollars of my time lost before they ever bothered putting my name in their system.

Literally the best customer service I have ever dealt with, that’s no over exaggeration yo. I’ve never dealt with the better service from any Bank/Credit Union anywhere else. I got a loan super easily and, rates are perfect. McKayla and Samantha are incredible, definitely deserve recognition for their out standing professionalism. I will always come back. A simple ACH transfer from one bank to another... Shouldn't require a week, micro deposit verification, and the worst mobile app in existence. (It's a wrapper for a terribad website). I've used other Banks in the past, and had zero issue making a transfer if needed, with proper information. But Firefly just seems to not want to anything remotely resembling banking. Instead, just be a feel good building with people that identify as bankers, but really aren't. Sad.. had high hopes for this local business, bur sadly... They've proven how small and inept they are. In a big way. Go elsewhere people.. anywhere but here..

My account was transferred during the Firefly conversion. As much hassle as it is to change banks, it will be worth the effort. I was with Firefly for 40+ years and had no problems. TruStone has screwed up nearly everything possible including not placing my in person check order (I am now on the 3rd attempt at ordering and have not received). TruStone transferred my high interest earning Firefly account to a much lower interest bearing account and now my previously autopay gas and electric bills are past due and have not been paid since they took over! I DO NOT recommend using this institution!

Terrible experience with the senior member relationship advisor named FEROZE! He was extremely unfriendly and RUDE! First time opening an account on a credit union: worst experience ever! I don’t want to ever meet that banker again. However, I had a great experience with Amber. She is very friendly and a great listener.

Nick and Alli are amazing to work with, they have been super helpful every time I have been there. Coming from someone who does not know much about auto loans or credit unions, these two made it very easy to understand and learn. I am currently setting up an auto loan with this credit union and was given some trouble by the dealership I'm trying to buy from, everything was sorted out smoothly and I am looking at buying the car soon! :)

Very disappointed with my experience at Firefly. I opened a new acct 2 days ago and deposited over 5k in cash. My goal was to make an electronic transer to an acct with a different Credit Union. I was told that i would be able to make the tranfer immediately, however after 48 hrs of patiently waiting I am still not able to make the transfer. I have spend close to an hr on the phone trying figure what the issue was. The branch and the main office seem to have a severe disconnect.

I love the Maple Grove Firefly! I go out of my way to go to this specific location, when I have the time, because their customer service is excellent! Nick is always very helpful and knowledgeable about questions I have. He's speedy and knows what he is doing. Wish I had the same experience when I go to other fireflys! Other places get too busy and it seems like they just want to get me in and out quickly, sometimes, but Nick always asks me about my day and remembers when I was talking to him about a concert I went to recently. I always compliment is floral ties hahah
