I worked with Matt over the duration of my home purchase and I was blown away with his meticulous attention to detail and willingness to satisfy his clients. He is on-top of the work he does, reaching out during every step of the way. Matt is well informed with the housing market and in my opinion has a surplus of experience to explain any question that would come up. I would certainly make a stop back here on my next home purchase. My only suggestion is a couple of the Gals I worked with along the way were quite difficult to contact if not unreachable by phone when I needed assistance during business hours, that wasn't a huge problem. However, it would have made things a bit more smooth!
