Trustco Bank is the most untruthful Bank I ever had, I opened account during promotion for new account to get $300. I fulfill making all I am suppose to do and they never fulfill theirs. Made numerous calls and they keep telling me stories. Do not believe any of their promotions it’s all lies. I am highly disappointed. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM, I am moving mine elsewhere so be warned.
