TruMark Financial Credit Union - Phoenixville Nutt Rd, Phoenixville

This is the first time going to this credit union is because current bank is changing it to another bank for the third time in last 5 years. When first walk in credit union, they are very nice and friendly people.

Warm atmosphere, nice and knowledgeable people.

Trumark Phoenixville is great. Basically, I found myself in tremendously challenging circumstances— I was in a car accident and mildly concussed as a result, my car was totaled, and I had to negotiate the purchase of a new vehicle in a matter of days. Brenden at Trumark walked me through the process (several times, kindly and patiently) of taking out a vehicle loan. There were lots of choices to make and details and numbers to calculate and remember— not easy to manage with a head injury. But I felt welcome and like everyone understood— but more importantly, I think that they really wanted me to fully understand the process, which is incredibly important. I learned a lot. I can’t recommend them enough— and FYI the interest rates were way better than any that the dealers I visited could offer. Brenden and his co-workers get an A+.
