TruMark Financial Credit Union - Levittown Levittown Pkwy, Levittown

I took out a home improve the loan in January. I have tried to set up automatic payment every single month since. Every single month I have to call, use automated teller, etc. It NEVER seems to get fixed. I can’t even tell you how many hours I have wasted trying to PAY my loan each month. Their online banking is the worst online services I have ever seen. I was on hold for a real person for over forty minutes, then when the real human picked up I was disconnected. This seems to be the norm each month. If I can I’m going to transfer this loan to a financial institution that will let me pay my own loan without taking hours of my time each month!!

I’ve been at trumark since I was 14 years old. this bank lacks security! people get access to my bank and get away with stealing my money.. I had to file multiple disputes and now I have “limitations” on my account. so now I can’t even use my card for anything online which is completely stupid because ALL MY BILLS are ONLINE! So don’t understand why I get punished for people getting my information .

I have a car loan with them and they're great they're excellent always nice when you walk in very friendly go out with their way to help you.

For a credit union they suck so far. I just opened accounts & they're customer service is mediocre. UPDATE 8/26/2016 DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Take your money somewhere else. So annoyed with this credit union, this morning trying to catch the market opening, they kept calling me asking me stupid questions, I hate people that mess with my money!! I missed the market opening sitting here waiting for my wire to go through.

My only experience at this bank was terrible. The teller was friendly and amazing, however, her manager was very mean and not helpful. Any chance of future business with this bank was lost today.

Got an auto loan and was forced to be a member. They updated their app and it kicked me out. I’ve been trying to pay my auto loan payment for over a week. Every time I call to make a payment over the phone I get jerked around. Customer service sucks. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER. I’ll just wait for you guys to Call me to collect .

Froze my joint account when my wife died. Not "working" stay at home father of 2 with no income or access to our money.

I’ve been banking with Trumark now for over 5 years, anytime I’ve needed to go to the Levittown branch it’s been horrible service!!!! Not mediocre, horrible! Last time, atm was broken so had to take deposit inside, one person at the desk with someone, didn’t acknowledge me for 5 mins then walked to the back. Now there are 2 customers that walked in behind me, we are all waiting. She walks back after 7 mins in the back with another employee with pop tarts in her hand (this was around 1:30). Still stood there waiting, took me 18 mins to make a deposit, while the employee gave me a attitude the whole time, with no acknowledgement or apology about waiting. This is only one instance, I have countless others which is why I’m taking my accounts elsewhere. The straw that broke my back today was a cash deposit that I made at the atm, and trumark put a “3 day check hold” on it....IT’S CASH!!!!!!!!!!! So I’ve been wasting more time on the phone with them today, after no response to messages. They had plenty of chances, they lost a good customer, along with my kids that have accounts here!!!

I have been banking with Trumark for over 15 years. They can handle almost anything, loan dept Eric.P. in the loan dept. deserves 5 stars as well,. He handled everything online I didn't even need to go in to the Branch. Love them!
