I had a horrible experience with this bank. People here don't seem to know what they are doing. My mistake was to trust their words and waited. My money got stuck in an ATM machine along with my card. They replaced my card but not my money. The lady in there told me I have to wait for 2 weeks for my money that was stuck in the machine to show in my account will guess what nothing happened. I was being patient with them, show up again in the office and told them my circumstances. This time they told me I had to wait 5 days. 5 days had gone and then nothing happened. Told me I had to come back again. Now I don't have time for this ...I just wish they know what they are doing and not give people false promises..my time, gas and effort has been wasted..I've told them to check cctv so this issue will be resolved..but they said they don't have access for that...like for real???..I'm really super upset!!!

Have had a bank account for 2years with TD Bank. And every month I have to go to the bank to get a check. In which I have a checking account. Still NO CHECKS? I am just not happy about it.

I have had my account for just over 2 years. Up until now I have loved TD. Customer service representatives have always been helpful and friendly. Now during the Covid19 pandemic I'm unemployed (like many other people) and my account became overdrawn for the first time since opening it. I have made phone call after phone, I've moved the tiny bit of money I had from one account to another trying to stay out of the red. I have been charged over $700 in fees since March 20th. My unemployment just finally kicked in and i deposited the checks into my account only to find out TD put a hold on them. BAM. ANOTHER OVERDRAFT FEE. This is completely inexcusable. TD, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE YOU TAKING ADVANTAGE OF? I will be closing my account as soon as I decide which Bank to use.

Second time I was unable in enter lobby to use atm!! Now there able to deny entry to get your cash. Forcing you to go to another ATM and pay fee. Absolutely ridiculous! And we’re headed towards a cashless society? Beware!

They are extremely polite, but they are not efficient in their drive thru. They need to be faster and more productive when dealing with customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have had my account for years with this bank and the customer service in this branch is the worst. I went to open a new business savings account and SHANTELL GRIFFITH was supposed to help me but NO, she made everything complicated and was asking for paperwork that I didn't need it until one of her colleagues stood up and told her that I had everything I need it (I spent more than an hour at the bank) I ask her to Link account to the online business and she said she did it but it never happened. I ask her for the account number and she gave me a wrong number. Now I need to pay late fees to IRS and penalties for giving them the wrong info that she gave me. ( I never received any paperwork for the new account, she just wrote the account number) I Will be closing all my accounts in this bank.

Had a banking account issue in which TD bank claims it did allow someone or didn't allow someone to deposit someone else's money into my account.. the stories keeps on changing and I was told by a customer service representative to part ways while I have money in my checking and savings. Never again.. Even my accountant told me awful stories about TD bank

I walked right in with no problem whatsoever and was able to update my account. The associate that helped me was respectful and prompt. She provided me quality service and I would highly recommend this TD Bank.

Takes forever with this bank to updated available balance. Their pending charges takes like 3 days to update available balance so I thought I had money and I went to overdraft. They charged me 4 overdrafts even thou it's like I said the available balance was not updated. Will be switching banks and not getting any "overdraft protection"

I made an appointment through the phone but when I showed up they said they had cancelled it. They could have called and said they cancelled the appointment instead of making me wake up and drive there for absolutely no reason.
