This is for all Truliant locations! The fact that you CANNOT contact a branch without having to go through an hour wait time through the 800 number is ridiculous!!! I only bank here because of my husband and I despise the fact that when you want to speak to someone you cannot. There is no customer service relationship with the account holder in this process.

Always had a Good Experience with TRULIANT, until now ! own 2 properties Valued at Over $ 500,000 and can't get a 10 k loan ? Why? Because EQUIFAX says We were "DELINQUENT" on a Second Home. A Government Approved DEFERMENT of Payments now Shows up as DELINQUENT ! The Loan Dept. is Either Stupid ,or Don't Know what DEFERRED MEANS ! NEVER WILL USE THEM Again !

During the Covid-19 crisis, I still had to pay bills and take things to the bank like normal. I usually frequent the Burlington location but it was lined out to the road and beyond, so I drove to Mebane. The lines were not that much shorter but they were moving so much faster! Ladies were coming out of the bank and directing traffic so the lines began to converge and minimize wait times. A lady named Chondra gave me a form to fill out and took my transaction into the bank and told me to wait in the front parking lot. I appreciated what they did that day so much to expedite everyone's experience! Chondra was speedy fast too! Thank you, Truliant! You guys have been rock stars through this time!

Have to do better with the drive thru being the only way to do banking. Stopped in Mebane and literally set in two drive thru lanes for 45 minutes. I usually do my banking at the Kernersville branch. Someone’s bright idea to close the one on Pineview St (which had a drive thru) and open up a walk in only on S. Main. NO DRIVE THRU. With the Covid 19 being an issue since March, that branch has been closed causing everyone in Kville to have to go elsewhere. Someone wasn’t thinking!!!

Can't go in the lobby no one will even come to the door so it is drive through only they won't even answer the phone they say appointments only for the lobby access but won't answer the phone so you can make an appointment..

Keeps you waiting forever, and on top of that they FORCE you to come inside if you're not a active member, no drive-thru for you you peon, even if you are doing business for a active member, which basically increases chances of getting Covid since you have to get out of your safe vehicle and enter a room full of people.

WORST TRULIANT DRIVE THRU EVER!!!!!!! I'm sitting in line now, for over 25 minutes, and have moved once. There are still 6 cars ahead of me. Others have chosen to get out of line and leave. It's always like this. TRULIANT, you have got to do better. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I arrived the other day to do a simple transaction only to see a line out the door and only 1 teller working the line on a Friday. It’s such an inconvenience coming to this branch. Once again I Ieft to go to do my stuff at state employees where it is always staffed and people are always friendly.

Ive ben to location a couple of times and almos always is a very unpleasant one. The lady wit the brown short hair never greets you or is helpful even though she is first point in contact, rarely smiles. There’s also a loud blond lady with glasses runnin around all over the place but doesn’t really seem to be doing anything but yellin at the tellers. I feel bad for thee workers there. Burlington location is more helpful and faster. Avoid this branch at all costs!!

I like this credit union, but I was at the drive thru today and was asked to come in to complete the transaction. I asked if the line was long and was told no. Strange considering all the vehicles in the lot, but I said okay. A line of 10 people were in front of me. I guess we have different ideas of a long line. Small overall in life, but I went through the drive thru and asked the question for a reason.
