Truist W Center St, Mebane

Poor management, poor customer service. I requested the manager verify a check i was depositing. She did and it was valid. They then placed a 10 day hold on the funds because I didn't have the matching amount in my account already. She didn't even have the decency to call to inform me of the hold.. as she said she would. She is great at making excuses though.

Not sure Truist worked well with the merging of BB&T plus SunTrust. This branch seemed over whelmed and NOT capable of smoothly helping customers. I'm NOT a SunTrust customer but an old BB&T. This branch seemed lacking in knowledgeable people or even tellers. I saw tons of CSSRs tho, but NONE seemed to offer help to the tellers and the line was 6 deep in the branch. Is it SunTrust or Truist fault, who knows, but I hope they fix this soon.

Going tomorrow to change we’re I bank at. Recently was scammed out of pretty much all of my money i have saved this year, and to a college student that is everything. Filed a claim with this bank and for some reason they denied my claim??? So now I’m dealing with the burden of being scammed out of 1,300$ when the man I spoke too guaranteed me my money back.

horrible service at this branch, Tammy (branch maanager), never returns phone calls. many many times I have left messages for her with no response. poor customer service is always a huge problem at this branch. I will soon be closing my Suntrust accounts and moving my $$ else where

This woman at the window keeps talking and talking and the long line I hate that they are so irresponsible 12/24/2020 11:00am arrived and its 11:30am to much time

Lobby customer care is not very good. Teller would rather carrying on personal conversation with customer while others wait in line. No attempt to call over drive through teller to help customers in line who by the way had no one at the window .

I was part of the unfortunate troupe that was spun off after the Suntrust-BB&T merger. I needed a copy of my February 2019 and 2020 checking account statements, which I no longer have online access to, for a loan application and I didn't have time for Customer Service to mail them to me. I went to the Mebane branch, which is now the closest Suntrust to me in Hillsborough, Tiffany printed them for me and had them ready in 45 minutes! Saved me a lot of time and frustration! Thank you Tiffany! Much appreciated!

Yesterday I tried to cash a check from the US Treasury Dept. for a whopping $ 59.00 and was told I did not have a check cashing policy. My banking is done at PNC in Graham so I did not want to drive that far since I live in Mebane. Is this the way banking should be done when a check is so obviously backed by the US Treasury?

We are local company in Mebane and this branch has always treated our employees well and have gone above and beyond many times for us. Highly recommend Tammy and her staff.
