Someone from another account wrote a check to Someone Else both parties I don't know for 750.00 put me in overdraft & I am being charged for their error. WAY TO GO TRULIANT MAKE YOUR MONEY. I sure can't get back in touch with someone not automatic was so lucky the first time. After 20 minutes on hold!

I don’t mind waiting and I’m a very patient person but, I went to the drive thru and waited for nearly 20 minutes. I understand things happen but I watched 6 cars (I’m not exaggerating) go through the other lane. Currently still waiting. There is no reason for this.

Can’t never get no one on phone without going thru 30 plus min hold time thru call center to get anyone on phone to talk to and then a act of Congress to be traferred to Shelby location. An there again a while to get anyone

During this stay at home order, the. Losing of many business, a pandemic which has everyone on edge, truliant federal credit union decided to take the only money I had to pay on my line of credit. They never called or even suggested that they would hold off until things started going back to normal. They took it and left me with no way to provide for my family.

No so good. Bad service we in on Wednesday morning put in loan app .tried to contact local office .to check status on Friday you can't call these people. And they want call you back so I to go back in a week later on Tuesday to check my app.no good when they don't talk to customers.
