I am not satisfied with this bank. I have always been great at making payments and being on time. This year my husband passed away and I got behind on my car payments, but they make it so hard to make payments once you're behind. You have to physically go to a branch. The closest branch to me is 30 minutes away.. How inconvenient. And they wouldn't accept my debit card there, forcing me to use the ATM which cost extra. I cannot wait to be in a better place so I can refinance my loan elsewhere.

Seems like it is absolutely impossible to reach them over the phone this is my third attempt at getting a payoff from them and have been on hold for 30 min each time before I hang up . All I’m asking is just answer the phone to help me be able to perform my job .
