Emily has got to be the rudest person I have ever spoke to over the phone. I hope I never make someone feel the way she made me feel after calling today. Condescending, rude, and short. I hung up halfway through my loan application! I will find help elsewhere.

It was easy as a breeze and very nice ladies.

Waiting on a phone call for 2 days after I was told I was already approved and every time I call to follow up they continually tell me they'll call me back. Manager is also extremely rude.

Was approved for a loan one day. Next day, I take all my information in and my most recent check stub...showing what I made for 2 weeks...even showing more than what I had put on application and was somehow rejected. Don't understand...really needed the loan to move with, guess we will have to figure something else out. :-/

There rude as hell and the first time I was approved they didn’t tell me that I had 30 days to look for a car and then I did it the second time I was approved but told me I couldn’t find a car unless someone was on it cause they thought I already had a car I wouldn’t of needed a loan if I had one duh

I was approved for a loan and I am consistently being sent e-mails about coming in to borrow more money, but was denied when I went in with my check stubs. I make more now than I did with my last job. My payments are automatically deducted from my account every two weeks. I pay extra every month so as to cut back on monthly interest. And "YES" , the manager there is very rude and unpleasant. If you are approved and take the loan, everything is pleasant. If anything is not going smoothly for her, watch out! She is venomous rattle snake. I hate I ever got involved with these people.

This company is very pushy on the loans and do not explain the entire loan to you. This loan will accrue interest everyday so be warned. The entire place is pushy and after you pay the loan off (which the ending balance will not be the same as what is shown on your statement) they will keep harassing you to make a new loan, even after being asked politely to stop. I recommend somewhere else like Prosper or your local bank for better service and better rates.

By far this was the most pleasant rejection ive ever had to date:)...thank you to the lady that took the time to tell me what i already knew, you was very professional, and that makes the world of difference. Keep it classy, maybe one day ill be eligible for a hand again, ill call you guys first.

Yesterday I was approved for a loan the next day I wasnt because I didn't won't to take out a bigger loan could tell the attitude of the manager had changed when I just wanted the smaller loan had no problem last year getting a loan and I even made less money will not be going back
