Truist Main St, Damascus

love the staff - would give them 5 stars! But, the atm has taken my card and money twice in the past 6 months while depositing cash! Both times required over an hour to request a new card from customer service. They can't issue one in the branch so you have to wait at least 3 "business" days for the "expedited" delivery. Outdated retro process that PNC offers down the street. That machine needs to be replaced! I drive to Germantown if I need to use the ATM.

The worst bank and branch. These people have no business being in charge of your money. Poor customer service and management. The safe deposit boxes are a disaster zone. Go elsewhere!

Horrible management. Worst I have ever seen. Live in Damascus, but have to go to Mt Airy branch where they speak clear English AND know that they are doing. Total opposites of Damascus. . .which I now see WHY they are never busy and everyone in Damascus despises them.

$3.50 to use the ATM - would you want to do bank with someone who rips off hard working citizens looking to add dollars to the local economy?

The staff here is amazing, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the ATM is often broken.

If you ever consider banking at SunTrust, run, do not walk to the nearest exit. A friend of mine is a loan office for Suntrust and convinced me that they had changed. If anything, they have changed for the worse. My latest debacle? A multiple thousand dollar transfer to my LINKED bank account that hasn't shown up for two weeks. When I asked, Customer Service acknowledged the dates of the transfer and politely informed me that it takes three business days. What season of the year does THREE BUSINESS DAYS take TWO WEEKS? Lent? So, I have my mortgage loan with them, so I'm stuck with them for the next 27 years. I pray, every day, that they will be bought out by a competent bank.

The staff is fantastic but the management is AWFUL!!! I had problems with my account in which the manager had to call customer service. He in no way tried to rectify the situation and I ended up having to file a complaint about Suntrust and the Branch with the Federal Complaint Commission. I was so glad to close my accounts.

Friendly local bank. Never a long wait at all and the staff is friendly and attentive to my needs. SunTrust has always done me right over the years.

I am highly disappointed with with this place i will find a new bank. And dont use there atms they will take your money

Website said they close at 2pm on saturdays, I got there at 1 and they wouldn't open the door.
