Maureen has been in my life since I was young. She sold my parents my childhood home and has remained in our lives since. Maureen took us under her wing and guided us throughout the whole process (the physical selling, legalities, and all the emotions that follow) of selling our home. She is extremely knowledgeable , and also just a wonderful person. We received several offers, all above asking price, and were under contract within two days of listing. In regards to the purchase of our new home, we didn’t have official representation which I highly don’t recommend. No matter the situation or relationship, always have representation; it saves the friendship/relationship/etc. between you and the buyer/seller…. not to mention it’s simply a wise decision. We quickly learned we were over our heads, and asked Maureen for help. I hated adding to her already full plate, but without skipping a beat- she said “of course.” She’s the person you NEED in your corner. Her record and reputation speaks for itself, plus she is a kind and thoughtful person. The selling/purchase of a home is such a stressful and emotionally charged event for everyone; make sure you have the best representation- thats Maureen.
