    This Bank took $400 out of my account for some error on there part that they couldn't even explain and refused to give it back. I share on my life that the truth in its entirety. If your thinking about banking here, my advice is dont.

    Do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else! Signed up for service accepting credit cards over my phone. NEVER used service but was still charged over $1450 for that service. Complained they gave $ 140 back. WOW What a great bank!! Over 10 year customer.

    This location has horrible service. Every time I visited there is a line in the Drive-Thru and it takes forever to get toThe actual window.

    These reviews aren't lying. Ridiculous wait time, 2 teller's on a Friday morning. Been in line 15 min already. Great way to start a Friday. Can't wait for my direct deposit to kick in. Also I don't have a bank account here, just here to cash my first check. After this experience would never open an account here. Would have been quicker to go to Walmart.

    If you have absolutely nothing else to do and you enjoy waiting in drive thru bank lines then this is the bank for you. 25 minutes in line and no movement at all. I had to leave. New name should be "Slowist"

    I am extremely satisfied by everything, the office the environment, the services and the banker Mike. Mike did an amazing job explaining all the details and giving us several different options. We had around an hour with him and he answered all of our questions. We appreciate good services any were special at a bank.

    Sat in this banks lobby for over a half hour before someone decided to inform me that the person I needed to see is the manager and she was going to be "too busy" to help me because she was going to take a conference call in the next few minutes. There was no one else at the bank that could help me. Their solution was to suggest I make an appointment for next week. All I needed to do was set up my electronic banking that could not be fixed by calling Suntrust's help desk. I do not have access to my business checking account, and the branch manager is too busy to either fix the problem or assign an employee to fix it promptly. Very disappointing.

    I spent 35 mins getting a fraud alert removed from my card with these people... at the gas station in front of the pump. Couldn't get anyone on the phone, automated system disconnected me over 5 times. Got transferred to the branch manager who went to VM, what a SH*T show.

    This is the 2nd time I went Into this branch and sat and waited for a banker for over 30 minutes. For the banker to come out and tell me that she is not going to be able to get Timmy or the other people that were waiting for a very long time or her exact words and she asked me can I get you a bottle of water while you wait. All I needed was somebody to reset my pin because my debit card came in the mail with no pin for my new account and I don’t know the pin number because they send it separately and she argued with me momentarily saying that I probably got it in the mail and I didn’t know and probably threw it away very unprofessional and unsatisfactory I wouldn’t give them any stars this is the worst branch in St. Pete.
