Marc was amazing! He took care of our needs in a professional manner. His customer service was non comparable. From the time he walked into the office he had the biggest welcoming smile. I felt comfortable handling my personal business with him. When he needed help the other associates Shelia and Sammy was ready to assist building up his confidence. I so glad I had gone to the office today to have this nice hound man to assist us.

Hello I've been using GTE ATM for few years now and never thought of being a customer until Bank of America started closing their branches. My experience with GTE was the best ever. They greeted me with smiles which made me feel welcome like I've been a customer for years. I would definitely recommend GTE for all your financial needs. Thank you again for being there for me.

Think your money is safe in this bank! think again ! you might want to pull some and keep it on hand! Unless you’re OK with every dollar that you had in your checking account disappearing and you know that it is fraud and the bank knows that it is fraud and they failed to replace the funds (fdic) at least temporarily well sorted out unacceptable specially after they failed to stop the actual risks to the account that perhaps originated through their own neglect Don’t trust the online banking portal The bank does not have the resources to start the external threats to its customers nor does an honor their funds that became target of the scams My money was not safe in my bank account I first noticed the breach to my savings account As a transaction that I did not make nor did I have any relationship with the vendor attempted to hack my savings account two attempts were made After speaking with bank personnel I was assured that my account was flagged no money came out of my account and then it wouldn’t happen again one week later my checking account was hacked and I lost $350 I spent an hour and a half at the bank making a new account turns out those funds have not been FDIC insured and I am still out $350 I’m told her there’s only two people that work in that department now I can be more than 10 days before I even get an answer unacceptable my money was stolen my money was not safe in the account and employee told me that there’s a hacker that’s creating a phony account that appears before GTE when you type it in the search bar and this is how the scam occurs apparently this is a large portion of the employees work throughout the day and there’s only two people to manage these claims this bank cannot afford to stop the fraud that’s occurring to it from outside sources and they’re not honoring the accounts of the members that are affected this post will remain up until my issue resolved I am a victim and someone fraud on my account and the bank allowed it because they themselves had placed a flag because of that Fraudulent vendor not Being flagged within GTE own system system Perhaps putting other accounts at risk don’t keep all your money in your bank account because when you have to go make a new account when yours has been attacked and they don’t honor your money they will come and ask you for cash to pay to open a new account I know I sat in the chair

Had a problem with an account- a very knowledgeable & courteous man - Josh helped me - not once did he get annoyed at solving the problem which he did - thank you - have been with this credit union for a very long time - they have always been reliable & helpful 👍

Welcomed graciously walker and all!! Able to make my deposit quickly. Rose helped me replace my lost debit card. She even helped me open the doors to get out more easily. I’ve mostly done on line banking but I remembered how welcoming and helpful Rose was and continues to be!

I felt a bit lost as to what to do with my savings account plus if I should get credit. GTE is really awesome! I have been looking for that small town service like I’ve always had in CO. Josh was nice and explained everything thoroughly. Plus, they do things in a real 2022 sort of way! I’m excited to bank with GTE!

My family absolutely loves GTE, we have vehicle loans and accounts with them but I recently opened up an account for my teenager and Josh P. made the process easy and walked her through everything she was going to need. We’ve always been satisfied with the services and products offered by GTE.

Shelia Dunn was the most helpful person I have met with GTE. She always very quick with response and very knowledgeable and if she doesn't have the answer she will make sure to find out what it is to any question we have. I came into get a replacement debit card. Rose Borgias was extremely kind and did everything without a problem. She also I formed me about a student checking account which is perfect for my son. As well as options available for investments or CDs to help for my future. I'm very thankful she was here and took her time to answer all questions and then some!! Great employee!
