I visited this bank with an appointment to open an account. The banker explained about the options I have very clearly. It was a smooth process and I was able to open the account without any hassle in less than 30 minutes. If you need great customer service and some serious "know how"... this is the branch to visit. Ask for Luis!!

Ive been banking here for nearly 6 years and the staff of Luis, George, Cindy, and Crystal have always provided High Level customer service. As someone who has been with other banks it is difficult to find knowledge and service at this level… the banker by the name of Luis has been my banker for the last 5 years and has always answered any questions, concerns, or doubts, and is overall a fantastic banker. Definitely check this place out!

This was the awkwardest and rudest interaction I’ve ever had at a bank. I was talked to as if I were uneducated by Luis also felt like he was belittling my job? Which was weird…you’re a teller working in the hood at like 30? although he helped me and I was finally to run out with something. The other old rude gentleman didn’t want to take the time to explain a question I didn’t understand. Their tone was passive aggressive and their attitude from the start was just uncomfortable. I hope they don’t treat their customers like this all the time and make it this hard to get something so simple done. I will literally never step back into this specific establishment, if you want good customer service go to Mesquite and save yourself the time.

It is hard to describe the level of professionalism, efficiency and values held by Luis Valdez at Truist at Pleasant Grove, Tx. He has helped me tremendously and decided to moved my accounts there. He has always shown and my family kindness, respect and a friendly smile!

The customer service is what keeps me here. Luis is the best, he goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you might need. He is very nice and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and made the process of opening an account as smooth as can be. Go to mesquite they have better services . So I need some money to buy something cash . And the only have a small amount in cash . What is this . A broke bank ? . I will take out all my money for sure . They only have 2k dollars in cash, I don’t believe it . And she said , u should call us before u come and get that much , hellooo is my money . Do I need to wait 4 days to get it jajaja so funny

Love going to this location. Everyone is really friendly, they make you feel like family. Bankers are really knowledgeable and they take the time to explain thoroughly.

This is been the branch where family and I always go to do our banking you get to meet the most knowledgeable and professional person name luis Valdes and gorge Cerna, Cristal Casas, Cindy Ramos all these people are been there for long time and expect the best from them, thank you guys for the help every time.
