We are beyond upset to find out that our favorite Banker Tim is no longer there . We took our company’s business from Wells Fargo to Suntrust because of Tim and NOW he’s been removed . For 5 years he has treated us with the utmost respect . We survived the Truist merger SHITSHOW while our company Credit Cards were frozen for over a week without notice , before this merger the branch was NEVER short staffed it was always seamless ! Change is difficult we realize that but how does removing the ONE TRUE ambassador to the community help anything !? All I can say is this loss will be felt for a very long time :(

I think managers of suntrust branch on elm Eugene street are awesom. However, the clerks need an attitude adjustment. They are short and rude with customers. And not to mention I've been a customer of suntrust since they were central Carolina bank. UPDATE: Now they don't answer phones nor do they return them.

Kind and courteous service. Quick to help with any problems I have. Tim the manager is the very best every SunTrust needs one of him!

My wife and I recently met with Ace, a personal banker at this branch. We were only there to open an account for my daughter, but after some friendly conversation with Ace while he looked at our accounts, he was able to help us with two different issues that we weren't even there for. It was a great pleasure to work with Ace, his professionalism, knowledge, and overall personality make him a great asset at this branch. SunTrust should be grateful he works for them.

Had to come here Saturday 7/23 because only Suntrust close to me that works Saturday. My mother in law had a house closing on Monday @ 9 am and the attorneys office called her Saturday at 11:30 am with the amount of the cashiers check to bring to closing. We rushed over from Holden Rd to get before they closed. When we walked in it was 11:55 and 3-4 people in front of us and two behind us. We eventually were assisted on by Alexis (who didn't greet us). I told her we need a cashiers check and the amount and she was like well there is a 8$ charge depending on the account and you have to fill this slip out and placed it under the window and stepped to the side to work on something in a box. Again, no hello, how are you, how may I help you? At this point my mother in law started completing the withdrawal slip while I held my son. My son (17 months) saw the lollipops in the window and started asking for one. I kept trying to get Alexis attention (which by the way if she looked up she was right in front of me). My son starts screaming for a lollipop and I kept saying ma'am, ma'am. Nothing from her. Finally I raised my voice and waved to her through the window and asked her politely for a lollipop so he would stop screaming and she just said to me give me a second (even though the lollipop was within her reach.) of course my son is screaming his head off and fighting me because he wants a lollipop and alexis just continued working in her little box right in front of me. Finally after 2-3 minutes she just threw the lollipop down in the windown and went back to her little box. My mother in law has been with suntrust for a long time and I just closed my account with BOA and considered suntrust but I think I will definitely go with Truliant. I have never been so rudely serviced in a bank especially on a Saturday with Truliant/BOA as I have by Alexis. Even my mother in law said the service by her was unprofessional at this location.

Never fails could be 1 person ahead of me or none and I have to wait at least 10 minutes. The clerks are literal sloths. No sense of urgency
