Great people to do business with. Loan process was seamless from beginning to end and we ended up getting our construction loan funded pretty quickly. From start to finish it took less than two months and that’s only because appraisers are backed up in the area we are building. Had that not been the case we would’ve closed and just over a month.The team worked diligently and quickly to get our loan processed ,and we even ended up paying less in closing costs than we were originally quoted! Can’t say enough good things about these guys and will definitely recommend/use them again in the future!!
