Unpleasant, unprofessional, you can't call and ask question, make a request or get follow up without sign or attitude. They really don't care about their customers and it shows. Forget getting a reply to an email or phone call in a timely manner if at all. They drop the ball constantly.

Customer service is professional and pleasant and they're always willing to assist, I only been a member 1 year wished I'd joined sooner.

After being a loyal member for over 16 years, a new employee started there and has been nothing but disappointing. Every visit she treats me hostile and says im not a member and she has never seen me before yet I've been coming since i was 8. And each time she asks for my it for verification as other tellers recognize me and say hello. This time i tried to cash put my girlfriends check like i had been doing for 7 months and this time she said i couldnt do it and that she would have to be there in person yet she had personally cashed it before while my he sat in the car. No i have to go home to try to get my sick he out just to verify she's ok with it. I honestly am very Dissapointed and will not be coming back to this branch until she is reprimanded or fired
