Truist Plantation Ridge Dr, Mooresville

When my mom passed away, the BB&T staff went above and beyond helping me receive money from the trust estate and then transferring half of it to a sibling. This was a different experience than my sister had with other banks. The BB&T personnel are always friendly and helpful with any issues. I almost never have to wait to talk to anyone there when I walk into the branch.

No integrity! Misrepresented loan terms at Mooresville - Main St. branch and now trying to cover tracks. Won't turn over their errors & omissions insurance policy. Guess I'll have to take legal action. Run! Don't walk from BB&T. Hope SunTrust straightens them out. They're my next call to fix this mess.

You have to like any branch that you can call and quickly be served or get your questions answered, unlike some other large banks

This is the worst bank ever, I went in to see about getting a non-collateral loan.. Karen helped me and told me that the loan was going to underwriting. It has now been a week and I've called several times? Left voicemails and she still has not called me. I think this is horrible customer service. I am so thankful that I do not have to use this bank on a daily, weekly, or even a monthly basis.

I would bank somewhere else. They management and staff at this location are not interested in a partnership and are incapable of customer service. I had to go to another BB&T branch to accomplish what this branch assured me could not be done.
