Dana and her team were always so responsive and kind and friendly. She walked me through every question I had as a new home buyer and why the underwriters needed certain documents here or there. The request for information can feel overwhelming at times for the approval process on a loan but She helped me feel comfortable through each step. Most importantly though for me was that Dana was ALWAYS there when I called or needed her. She really went out of her way to make sure I felt cared for.
