Truist Peachtree St, Atlanta

Ok, I know everyone is having their issues with Truist Bank's recent merger and I know the employees are just screaming and I am feeling everyone's pain as well. However, I have to give an awesome shout out of appreciation to Travis Franklin and David (did not get his last name) at BBT Truist Bank, 855 Peachtree location. The professionalism, and customer service was AMAZING! Mr. Franklin, understood my issue and kept me update as to what was going on, and David also helped with emailing the proper channels to help the issue get resolved. Sometimes, patience and just having the right spirit, can help make any situation less tense. With that said, I know "we" the "public" can be less understanding when something goes wrong, and want it corrected asap. Just remember being respectful and kind to those that are helping "we" the "public" will get you further then coming in yelling and being disrespectful at those that are providing us with customer service. So, if you get a chance swing by 855 Peachtree BBT - Trusit, and ask for Mr. Franklin and David and tell them "keep up the awesome job" your valued and appreciated!

I got to be the dumbest person, every time I pass or walk by Truist bank, it throw me off, why because of the name SunTrust change their name & the symbol really threw my mind not thinking wow

This bank gave me counterfeit money and said it was my fault for not checking every bill with a pen before I exit the bank. They do not confirm authenticity their money here. Beware if you are withdrawing cash.

I have been a customer at this branch for ~2 years and I have been very pleased with the services I've received. There's usually little to no wait and the tellers have been always professional.

I don't typically do business at this branch, but Went in to exchange 20s for a couple of 100s to give as Christmas gifts (that day). The gentleman (a young Mr. Potter?) was rude and then refused to do this favor. Not much Christmas spirit here.

AVOID THIS BRANCH PLEASE they sit and talk for hours But dont work They are just sitting and chit chatting but wont count our night drops. we have to come 3 diff times to pick slips up

I’ve been working with this branch only for one month and considering how I was treated at other banks, it seems to be a good fit for me. I don’t have credit history since I’m a foreigner but they had no issue in opening multiple accounts and debit and credit cards with my drivers license only. This was much easier than in other banks where they ask for multiple documents. The service from Erick was very good and as I said, so far so good. It is conveniently located in Midtown near my Condo.

I bank with BB&T at this branch and I've been quite pleased with the service. I have 3 accounts with them and so far I'm always treated well and haven't had any issues.

Long time customer of BB&T and really like them being close enough that I can easily walk to branch. The branch team is polite, professional and courteous.
