Truist Walsingham Rd, Largo

I first went to the Seminole branch to get a screen shot of my account for a proof of funds issue.....a banker told me the teller can give that to me. The teller told me she couldn't do it and to wait for a banker (!?!)....left there and went to the Walsingham branch and asked for a ltr instead showing my available funds....their banker said she needed to find 4 sheets of paper because she never knows which direction to put the paper in the printer to print correctly so she puts it in 4 different ways....seriously??! While she was searching for paper, the manager saw me and gave me a printout instead and as I was walking out, the other banker said "oh good, you got what you needed because I can't find any paper." I'm still laughing....

Luis R. Just now right at closing at drive thru.. helped me update my check acct info. He did an excellent job..quick and efficient all perfect and very courteous too. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Why list a phone number if nobody answers it and the voicemail is broken....

The tellers are very nice. They are friendly and professional. However, SunTrust as a whole is a horrible bank. I have had nothing but problems with them now. The final straw was when they messed up a stop payment on my account and caused me to be without access to my money for 10 days. The branch manager, Rakeyah Hassan, was completely rude and unprofessional. It seemed obvious she really didn't care to help and/or was simply incapable of doing her job. Go to any other bank, I wish I did.

Very slow service at drive through. Only have one full service window. Im sorry I chose this bank. I am actively searching for another.

This branch appears to be closed permanently as of 2022-02-17. Just wanted to let people know so they don't end up having to drive out of their way.

I'm not sure what these comments are about but I had a fantastic experience at this location with the opportunity of opening up a new account for my son and I. I experienced nothing but kindness and respect from all tellers and The business manager for that location. Everyday is different along with different personalities act accordingly and maybe you'll be treated as you should. 🤗🥰🙄🧐🤔🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑😇😇😇

When I lived in that area they were very nice they helps me with the changeover from my inheritance and cashier's check for purchases but knowing I was going to move to Texas and research there are no SunTrust Banks there I specifically asked if I could go to a BBT which is now their partner and do my banking and was told yes as I get to Texas and go to a BBT that is not true they cannot access SunTrust account . BBT Bank holder told me they've heard this a lot

Everyone at this branch has been an absolute delight and very helpful. Jessica has been more than helpful to me and my family during some crazy times and we appreciate all the work and help she has offered us.

Horrible service by the banker in this branch. Very condescending. I left and went to Wells Fargo next door
