I want to relate my appreciation for the crew at this MidFlorida Branch. They are always courteous, helpful and offer personalized service. I especially want to express my appreciation for Barbara who has stuck with us through a fraud issue and treated it like her own problem. I did not have to reach out to her and ask where we were in the process because she was responsive to get back with me. It was tough enough trying to take care of my own work schedule and do all the research behind the scene. She stepped up and did a lot of work for us.

Upon opening a savings and checking this morning I was lucky enough to have Nicholas assisting me. He was not only knowledgeable but patient and a great conversationalist. I left knowing Mid Florida was the right choice. Thank you Nick!

I just switched from Chase to open a credit union thinking it would be better. I am highly dissatisfied. Technology wise they are stuck in the 90s. I do most of my banking through the atm and online. Every time I go there it’s out of service. Very frustrating since there’s only so many locations.

I "branch" bank as I'm with another credit union & MidFlorida is very conveniently located. They seem to have branches on both sides of Tampa Bay. The staff couldn't be more friendly & efficient.

I want to start by saying I love my credit union accounts with Mid Florida! I’ve worked with Barbara and Kylie Black! Kylie is my main point of contact and she has been awesome. She deserves a raise!! She really goes above and beyond for her customers. She’s helped me and my husband open multiple accounts, apply for a credit card, RV loan and a truck loan. All of which we were approved except the RV. We will still go try to refinance and move our RV to Mid Florida in about a year. Kylie is so down to earth and one of the most patient people I know! I’ve only posted one other review in my life but I felt a need to let you know how good the people that work at your Walsingham Road branch are. I’ve been a customer of your bank since it opened. I used to be at Bay Pines Federal credit Union bur moved to the Mid Florida Bank on Walsingham Rd. when it opened. At 66 years of age I can tell you that the people that work at this branch, especially Magela, are the nicest, kindest, most helpful people. I’ve always been treated like a person instead of a number. I plan to use this branch of Mid Florida for the rest of my days. I have recommended this branch of Mid Florida to several people.

Very friendly always professional. The staff are great! Always a pleasure to do my banking. Mijella makes you feel super welcome. She’s always pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products and services.

I went to a different location first to sign up they were not willing to help me but then I came to this location and worked with Bailey and he was incredibly kind and helpful in setting up the new account!!

Went in to open a new account on my lunch break and was left sitting in the lobby for over a half an hour while one representative stood behind the teller counter “fixing a problem “ and the other representative sat in her office making personal calls regarding getting her car serviced. When I asked how much longer it would be the male representative acted as if I was bothering him and stated he couldn’t give me a time. I’m there to give you my money and my business and your professionalism and customer service skills are lacking to say the least. While sitting there for more than a half an hour the 4 customers that were there all had account problems that were admitted “errors” on the banks behalf by the male representative. Also their debit card machine was not working. Thank you for doing me a favor of being so rude. Your bank is a mess!
