Truist App doesn’t compare to BB&T app. The BB&T would show proper. Account of deposits. A $900 check deposit in the past would show a credit for $900 and debit $800 until the check cleared. Now, it shows $100 and nothing about the other $900. To me, the new app does not give. A clear picture for my daily activity. Where is the detail? It’s the customer’s money. Sorry, have to leave to UCB where they know my name.

I love BB&T Banking, but NOT at this location. The staff members are not customer friendly. I have been in this bank to make a quick deposit and if the staff are busy they will not greet you, or even acknowledge you are there! They will continue with the task they were doing and insist to finish that task (counting money, etc) before unhappily greeting you. I only go to this location now for the ATM, nothing else.

Terrible experience. I asked to check if my check has been released for cashing before I sign the back and they told me "yeah, you're good"... I sign check and no, it's not released yet, they can't cash my check i have just signed that i didnt want to sign till it was ready to be cashed. No apology for her mistake. Had a rude tone to her voice, very unprofessional. This location is the worst

Great staff very helpful they don’t mind spending the time I needed to complete my business. It was a bit warm and stuffy in the bank I asked if they could fix the temperature and said they weren’t able to fix the temperature. I’m sure they really have to be uncomfortable working in their all day but they were amazing thanks. Jason

OMG this location is the slowest to get anything done. Not worth rating this location even a 1 star. Took at least 40 minutes to get money from our account. The lady was just standing their not doing nothing. I wish they would open up the one on Thompson Bridge again. They should of never closed that one. Kathy and Brian were the best. And closed this location. Its the worst..... Hope no one goes their anymore....

The staff there do not know what they are doing. 30 minute wait time and three clerks plus the manager couldn't figure out how to use a cash advance machine. I was told my card was invalid and that was why it did not work. For the record I do this every other Friday and the bbt in Smyrna with no problems. Went to Bank of America it took five minutes. If this is a sign of things to come with the merger then I'm out. Unfriendly staff incompetent service and a better option down the road.

VERY embarrassing experience. Tracy tried refusing my business for coming into this branch at 4:50. She complained loud enough for other guests to hear and told me she should make me leave and come back tomorrow. I wish we all had bankers hours but that’s not the case.

Lazy staff that dont want to work if you want to get you bank stuff taken care of goto the big bb&t down town
