My husband and I were very blessed to have been able to find our car with this amazing company. We had a really bad experience with Cruz Auto sales in Dalton last November. We needed a second vehicle, but we were so nervous and untrusting from our previous experience. Elexi messaged me to ask if I was still interested, and she even listened to me share my concerns. She was very helpful over text before we even drove an hour to get our car. Once we got there we were helped by Michael Corely. He was so friendly and helpful, and very patient. The man who did the signing of our papers with us was equally friendly. We even got to talk about football while he was typing up our paperwork. I have never felt so at home and comfortable with any car compnay before. When we are ready for another vehicle, after this one is paid off of course, we won't go anywhere else. If you need a vehicle, this is the place to go.

Absolutely loved my experience here! Everyone was so great. They went above and beyond with customer service. Even helped find insurance coverage that was reasonable. Will be sending everyone here that I know. Kevin made everything work! I will definitely be using them in the future as well!

I went to US Auto Sales in Gainesville,GA thinking I might not get a deal done. Gosh was I wrong. The staff there at the dealership was totally awesome. They made sure that I was taken care of. They got me into my vehicle of my choice. I was approved in a matter of 15min. It was great. Ray , Kevin and the staff was very helpful and professional and I can't say enough about Crystal Millwood. She was a joy to sit down and talk to . Very sweet professional person very inspirational she helped me get through the rest of my paperwork with ease . I appreciate all they done for me. I've already referred about three of my friends so far. Kevin I can't thank you enough. You helped get my deal done. Ray was always helpful when I asked questions about the vehicles. You guys rock. My sales representative Kevin and his manager were awesome! There was one sales associate King Valntin, who was extremely rude, aggressive, extremely unprofessional, and out of order to me and my family. I was in the process of buying a vehicle and had to endure her all together very disrespectful and rude demeanor. She was slamming chairs and talking under her breath where me and my family could hear. My husband and son stepped outside to look at vehicles. She came and took the chair my son was using and slammed it in front of her desk mumbling in a hateful manner as she did so when my husband and son came back in. He had to step back over and get said chair and said if you don't mind, my son was using that. She said "ok" in a very hateful tone and about 20 minutes later or so my husband and son stepped out again. She came took the chair and slammed it down in front of her desk and rudely said to me that my husband was a very rude man and she did not like him. Luckily the manager dealt with it swiftly and highly professionally.

I will be recommending US Auto Sales to my friends and family and anyone else in need of a vehicle. I could not ask for better service than I received from everyone on the staff. Keep up the great work guys!!

John and Kevin were both very helpful throughout the whole experience. They were knowledgeable and were able to help get us into a car the same day even though we thought it was impossible. I will be referring these two gentlemen to everyone I know looking for a vehicle. Also, Tina in the legal department was extremely nice and even stayed late to make sure that we were able to sign all legal documents and drive away in a new car that night. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

I have only had my car for 3 months and I have a whole list of problems that I have been trying to get fixed for a while. I also have an extended warranty on my car but I’m not getting any help at all. I was promised that if my car couldn’t be fixed that I would be placed in another car. At this point I have been wasting money letting mechanics look at it and getting the run around about what’s wrong with it and I’m sick and tired of it. I will be suing US AUTO SALES if my issue is not resolved soon. I am very unhappy with how my situation is being treated.

I bought a car back in January 2020 and have had nothing but trouble out of the vehicle.I have put over $1000 into fixing the car and continue to have issues. I am now going through US ONLINE AUTO in Alto, GA to buy a car with a free warranty, free oil changes, & over all better prices on the vehicle. Never again will I deal with US Auto.

John Smith, yes that's really his name is the nicest person you'll ever meet. He listened to my wish list on what I wanted and was looking for and exceeded my expectations. John Smith was absolutely amazing! He worked with us to get the best deal. He took his time and paid attention to all of our questions. He showed me a couple of cars and told me the gas mileage(he looked it up for me) and gave me advice on which one of the two to buy. I highly recommend going to see him when purchasing a car!

The staff was helpful and very forthcoming. Polite and helpful in choosing the vehicle and options. For the initial phone conversation Ola was "GREAT", Mike the sale Manager was also helpful as well. Tina who performed the closing was very detailed and insured all questions were answered and nothing was hidden. Liars! Bought a car from them and they said anything they had to to get us to sign the contract, including false payment dates and misinformation about being able to defer the first payment as it was very close to our down payment. These people just want to take your money and don't care how they hurt you in the process. Don't buy a car from them or you will regret it!

Great salesman... This car is everything I dreamed of. It has everything, drives great, comfortable...but what I didn't know is that the engine was not good. I've only had this car for a month and half and I started to hear a metal on metal knocking sound. I took it to my mechanic who said you might want to call them and have them tow it because its going to blow. Sure enough, my engine blew as soon as I pulled in my driveway. I have to have the engine fully replaced which is a huge inconvenience to me. The good thing us they follow through with their warranty policy. They are paying for my full engine replacement. If you want great salesmen like John Smith who will be patient with you, talk with you, find something that you are comfortable with then please by all means go here. My only suggestion, let your mechanic do a once over before you buy it or you will be sitting at home without a car and that goes for any place.

Sold my daughter a Kia that had 5 Recalls on it. They claim they can't do anything about it. They salespeople only will help you call the finance company. They've made their money selling her a lemon!

This is the second vehicle I got that has issues. First vehicle 2015 jeep Cherokee the engine light came on the first week I got it. My current car I just got 3 weeks ago and it died on me while backing out of my parents driveway. I gave it 2 stars instead 1 or mine because at least I have a car that I can call my own.

So, we looked around Gainesville, hitting up a few individuals, then shopped the car lots, as well. She was becoming frustrated with the entire process. So later in the week we were like, let's check out US Auto Sales & see if John can help. We have friends & co-workers that have bought some really nice cars from John Smith. So since he was our regular customer, at our job, we decided to see if she could maybe become his. As soon as we pulled up, I was instantly impressed. The new location was very nice.
