Poor service and very slow wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone they complain when they have to fill paper work out and even when there empty and still slow and don’t pay attention to you when your there. They act like us customers don’t help pay there salary

Employees are nice and helpful, but this location seems to do things differently then a few other locations I've been too. BB&T seems like an okay bank, but I've had other banks before when living in other areas and the way the operate seem to be a little bit smoother for their clients. Otherwise friendly environment, nice employees, more so disappointed if anything.

Terrible bank. Get charged for everything. Even if they damged your check you get a 12 dollar fee. Go somewhere else don't bank here

Helpful, caring, intelligence and hard working one of the best handled bb&ts in the lancaster area.

They don't open until 9AM on a Friday. The Google search says 8AM. Totally wrong!

Worst bank in the area they will steal from you and cover it up. My children had no transportation to school because of a internal theft of $600. After notifying my banker Jamie and spending six hours on the phone with BB&t customer support I was told they have no plans on doing anything. Will be closing all my accounts and sending the documentation to the appropriate authorities.

Professional, courteous, friendly, customer service and thank you for that! Plus very convenient location for me! I can bank, get gas, groceries, and more within a mile or 2 of my home!! Keep up the good work!
