Worst bank ever. Highest interest on car loan. Paid off my car they never mailed me my title. Called 10 times no one ever answers the phone. Called national 800 number 3 times had to hang up after being on hold nearly 2 hours. No way to get service.

This Bank is completely out of touch with its Clients. 2 of my friends worked for the Bank and brought me to Suntrust. We had multiple business accounts with Suntrust for almost 10 years. I brought Suntrust at least 20-30 new clients. After my friends left in 2015 customer service was nonexistent. I felt completely lost and unattended with my accounts. If we would have any issue with the accounts I would have to call the 1800 number and everything became a nightmare with them. I switched all of my accounts to another bank and now I am the happiest person. WILL NEVER BE BANKING WITH SUNTRUST AGAIN.

Horrible service! I opened a business account and specified that all fees be withdrawn from another account. Somehow my account ended closed and once reopened I was still being charged the fees on the wrong account. Went straight to Bank of America and no issues there.

Understaffed- long wait times. Hard to find parking.

Useless and untrustworthy... the workers don't do their part to extrude customer satisfaction. Do not go to this location for your banking needs

Completely a hassle to try to reach the location its absolutely terrible good luck trying to find a parking lot if there's any I don't know why they put Banks in the most inconvenient places not even worth the drive

Well, i opened a checking account here and it do all what i need. No complains!

The elderly man who attends the cash register was very rude to me, I gave him all the documents he asked for and yet he kept questioning my identity, a fact which caused me annoyance, when claiming in a normal way, this man gets angry with me and in verbatim words he tells me, "here on brickell avenue there are many other banks, you can close the account here and look for another bank, and he gave me back my card and my passport" then I asked him to give me the money from my account and he simply I ignore it and he said that's what ATMs were for, super dissatisfied with this bank, I call the line and they don't give me any solution either.
