Truist Rickenbacker Dr, Sun City Center

I came in today to try and make a deposit (checks) for a company I am the assistant for Amanda was the one that I worked with (I won’t even say assisted because she didn’t do that very well) me. I didn’t have the account number well she said I couldn’t make the deposit. Not can you tell me who the account holder is, can you reach out to them to get the number maybe, or can you have them call me so I can authenticate the account with them so we can continue your transaction. I was disappointed I had to ask these questions so I could be assisted. They had a nice teller dark hair pink shirt on she was very friendly and helpful. (She didn’t have a name tag but she was friendly) I hope to never have to go into that bank again to even work with Amanda again. She attempted to clean it up when I left but I was already so outdone it did nothing for me. They had another melanin associate her skirt had the highest split up the back (she had locs) and her skirt was pretty tight, I don’t think Truist relaxed their professional standards so I am not sure what happened. All in all The lady with the pink she was friendly and professional. I will take that as a win. Ruskin, FL Sun city Branch

This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. The tellers and managers are OK, but after 8 years of trying to get them to stop sending me paper statements, I gave up. To add insult to injury they started stealing $3 a month from my account to pay for a paper statement. Every month I had to call and have them remove it. After writing my third letter to them complaining and insulting their incompetence, they canceled my account. That was easier for them than fixing the problem.

Very friendly tellers and great hours

They said the drive thru was open at 8:30am. Wrong!;;;

Went in to try to get something notorized and the lobby was locked and a woman told me thru the door they wouldn't do it and go to UPS and turned around and walked away. I understand what's going on with the virus but she didn't have to be so rude about it. What happened to customer service?
