Truist Dallas Hwy, Marietta

Just sat in line for 10 minutes at the drive-through to make a simple deposit for a business account. No one was at the window and only one other person in the drive-through lane. Took them 10 minutes and still didn’t get my deposit done. Had to ask for my chexks back. I’ve definitely noticed a decline in customer service over the past few months

It's nice to know some things never change, like the horrible 'customer service' continually dished out by SunTrust, er...'Truist' at their locations. The old location on the next block of Dallas Hwy in front of Lowes was like this for decades until SunTrust saw fit to shutter it overnight without any advance notification to long-time customers. Yes, we all remember this location with fond hate due to the long drive-through lines that wrapped around the building, especially on payday Fridays. Interested customers should Google how well this forced merger with BBT is going and be aware. 'Truist' hires starry eyed and glazed look new grads and people that simply don't care and even barely speak English at their branch locations. It's just another symptom of modern day America unfortunately. Young doofs that can't hold conversations without staring at a phone. I would move my banking business but it wouldn't even matter. Wells Fargo and the other mega banks are the same way, like Burger Kings with ATMs.

I absolutely hate suntrust! Go to any other bank if possible! FYI they over draft a negative charge the same day, they give you no time to put ur account back in positive! Hope to close my account ASAP!

went to make a deposit, not only were they rude and unhelpful. they didn’t say anything after sending back my card, never asked me if i needed help with something else or anything of that nature. the employees were speaking in an aggressive tone and seemed as if they didn’t want to help me. will most likely not be back to this location and its service like this that makes me want to switch banks. bank of america would never...

ATM is only partially working. Tried calling SunTrust customer no service which was worthless. Tried calling BB&T, which was equally worthless. I really don't see any advantage to using a brick and mortar bank when their service is so abismal. At least with an online only bank you get better rates and the service can't be any worse.

Worst bank ever. Within the last five months they have lost over $600 of my funds paid using their bill pay that were sent to the wrong address by bill pay and they refuse to correct the problem. They deposited an $18,000 check to the wrong account causing me to bounce checks and tried to make out it was my problem when they deposited the check to the account of the issuer not my account. Never ever use these folks they are beyond incompetent.

They always take a very long time to make small deposits and are often times rude. Would not recommend this bank. Your better off going to the one in Hiram!

I have cashed a few checks at BB&T recently (at a different location) & never had an issue. I get to this particular location & I am asked to provide 2 forms of ID. This has never happened to me before. Just want everyone to be aware of the difference in standards that’s are held at each location. If this is regular policy it should be upheld at all time because if we’re being honest I feel racially profiled BUT if this is normal protocol then I understand. It just has never happened to me before.

These people are Phenomenal. The customer service, the effectiveness, the warmth, the personal closeness of what a SunTrust/BB&T bank must be. This branch is 100/100. Thank you.

I called the branch to close a safe box, Brittney was very nice on the phone, see scheduled me with Jessie Jackson within 30min of callin. Jessie’s was very knowledgeable of the process and had me in and out in about 15min. Thanks Jessie’s for the great service
