Credit Union of Georgia Dallas Hwy, Marietta

I’ve been banking here for quite some time now and I Love the tellers at this branch .. they’re always so nice & fast . I don’t receive a hard time when I’m withdrawing money . Also the manager is always very helpful in the times when I do go in . Only complaint I have is when I bought my home the mortgage officer profiled me as to not being able to afford my home due to too many student loans without actually taking an application. I have worked for a very large bank for a long time and know that one of the top rules are to never assume someone can or cannot qualify for credit due to your opinion of whether it will be approved or not . Always take an application . I was very upset about that and proceeded to still finance and purchase my home with another lender at the lowest rate available at the time .

This was my first experience with a Credit Union after dealing with national chain banks. I could not be happier with the service I received. I dealt with Dillon at this branch for all of my needs. He communicated promptly via email and phone calls. I'm very happy that I switched to this Credit Union!

The staff at CU of GA West Cobb have been fantastic to work with! I have been banking with the credit union for sometime now. And I honestly don’t have any complaints my main issue use to be the lack of accessibility to branch locations BUT ever since the app came out I’m not even worried. The APP is amazing and works swimming. 🏦

And banking at this branch since they open at this location. We are like family here you get out what you put into relationships!

We recently closed a home equity loan with Dillon. The loan application process started with a person at another branch who is no longer working with CUofGA. With no notification, our application got “derailed” and we were not able to close on our expected date. Dillon took over our application, cleared everything up, quickly and professionally, and turned a discouraging process into an awesome service experience! We have been a member since 1981!! The CUGA has always taken excellent care of its members!! Checking is without extra fees!! The tellers are always pleasant and always helpful with any questions we ask !!!

I've had checking and savings accounts here for over 10 years now. In that time frame I've had several loans here as well and I'm getting to where I have almost all my loans with them now. I don't even bother to shop anywhere else anymore because the customer service is amazing, the loan processes are always so easy, the fees are very low, and they have the best rates around. I just had my new boat refinanced there for 4%. There are never prepayment penalties and they set it up on my online banking where I can just transfer the payments from my checking account and they go in immediately. Heidi at the West Cobb branch is the best!!!
