Truist Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, Chantilly

Made an appointment online but the branch had no record of it. Was able to talk to a banker. I was looking to get a higher interest rate on my savings account but their options are laughable. I'll be closing my savings account with them and taking my money elsewhere.

02/16/2021. Great Bank. Definitely live up to their motto. Everyone is so helpful and friendly there, except this one employee Daisy Najarro. This is the 2nd time i had this bad and poor customer service from her. Daisy was not very friendly and helpful during my interaction with her. 1st time I tried to ask for help about opening a savings account, but she says "we cant do that, and only financial advisors can do that". So she ask her co worker, and the coworker was able to help me open a sayings account! Then Daisy whispered to her co worker "you don''t have to do that its not our job", right infront of me! 2nd interaction (try to be nice to her) with Daisy, i asked if she could change the date of my deposit to my savings account. She kept resisting and told me the bank doesn't do that or she doesn't know how to do it. She kept asking questions and giving a negative attitude like she doesn't want to help and be friendly to the customer (me). My family and I have been to this BBT for almost 10 years and everyone is so helpful. I talked to the branch manager, and told her the bad customer service i had with Daisy. I asked the manager for a survey, but the branch manager said that could affect the branch because of Daisy.

This is one of the best banks I have ever been to. Most Banks do a bad job getting through the line and staff is not so friendly. This Bank is different. All the staff members are super friendly and always smile. They get through the line quickly and actually deliver great customer service! Chris, one of the team members there always asked how i'm doing and does my deposits promptly. I highly recommend this bank!

Monday 1/14/19 Snowy morning, Bank closed after 9am without any notice on whether it will be closed the whole day or late opening. Very Bad Business!

I really don’t like that branch in Chantilly That manager is very bad man and very bad Attitude !

checks now cost 63.00 for 2 boxes, i guess we are paying for all the new signs, also no rep answers the phone all computer bull

This bank suck i couldn't make it to work because no gas they close it and im hungry because they dont wanna give me my money till after 24 hours And i got kicked out from work

This bank has a not very good system because to obtain your balance by calling it always asks you for a social number and it is uncomfortable not like other banks that only ask for the identification number that one has in the account and the card number
