Terrible place to go for anything. The lady sits on the front desk is really bad helping or explaining things. I had visited 2 times this place and same experience from the front desk. This time I went to apply for an auto loan and she was keep telling apple credit union is best and not ready to explain me what will be the interest rate. Rather trying to apply for it. Again other person helping her was saying blunders about dealership where I purchased the car. Finally I understood that the rates wont work for me and then she was asking me to wait for cancelling membership application they had started. Avoid this location even if you like this bank.

The manager didn’t even know how to help us with our US treasury savings bonds. Now I have to make another trip back there to get a financial institution medallion stamp which is needed in order to send them into the US treasury.

Amazing experience at this branch. Very clean and nice looking branch. Managers and staff were helpful and quick to process my transaction. You can print a card at this branch too! I'll have to bring back my coins to use their coin machine too. Great branch would definitely go again.

Apple fcu is a bank that consistently focuses on outstanding customer service. If you don't appreciate there service to the fullest, go right across the street to bank of America and look at how they treat customers and you will be running back in a heartbeat. I always have a great experience Everytime I enter their branches.

Love this bank! They have never given me problems and they always tend to my needs. It's been my bank for over six years and I'm so grateful!

Went in to get a consolidated loan, branch manager goes and applies for a new loan making it seem like I am adding more debt to what I am requesting. Got denied. Went to a different institution and was approved INSTANTLY. Do not recommend going to this branch, manager there doesn’t know what he is doing or what type of loan you’re requesting.

Apple Federal Credit Union sells their members' information to a range of desperate marketeers of insurance who use AFCU's letterhead. Account holders get about seven or eight mailings a month by people who won't quit bothering them. Some years ago I complained about this. A very polite woman person I spoke to over the phone said that she'd look into getting these relentless mailings to stop. They did stop for about five months. Then the flood returned. I'm sick of dealing with it.

Terrible experience, came in looking to open an IRA and for much need clarification. The associate sitting in the front insisted I have someone call me to help (which i already did and ended up having more questions) and that I leave. I felt very unwelcomed and ended up not receiving any help. I'll be sure to never visit this branch again!

The staff are amazing, and it’s no surprise that the Chantilly branch is my best location. Keep doing what you do.

The people who work here are very nice. There aren't many banks these days that offer checking accounts with a balance. If you can join this credit union, I highly recommend it.
