Truist S Columbia Ave, Rincon

The staff here are very friendly, so this review is more about Truist as a whole, but it's nice to know that every check deposited into my account will now take two weeks to process. This is particularly stressful as I've mobile deposited checks with Suntrust for years without issue, but now every paycheck will have a long hold on it. If you're a Suntrust or BB&T account holder who got moved over to Truist, this is a heads up that Truist intentionally puts your checks on a massive hold and refuses to elaborate why.

Every time Taryn assists me, which has been a LOT, she is QUICK, FRIENDLY, and SUPER PROFESSIONAL! Honestly....I don't even know how she's in such a nice mood every time. She has, yet again, turned a bad day into a good one. Thanks!!

The service is awful! I went inside the back and the lady in the counter was talking on the phone and did not even acknowledge that I was there. I left the branch and went through the drive thru and the lady was definitely having a bad day. I was going there to open a business account. I am glad they showed their true colors. I will take my business elsewhere.

Never a problem with this bank been with them for years.

Taryn was amazingly helpful and kind in helping my mother deal with transferring ownership of some college savings accounts after the death of my father. Again, she was great helping me set up a business account for publishing a picture book. I couldn't have been more pleased. It's also great to know that if you need a Medallion signature for investment transfers, there is someone local to help with that.

The branch manager Joann is unprofessional, rude and very sassy. If you speak up for yourself she locks your atm card, puts a 7 day close notice on your account and mails you a letter about it....she does this on a Friday, you have no idea so when you try to get gas your card is declined... because she thinks its funny to leave someone without access to their money on a weekend .....money that they worked hard to earn. Then she posts negative disparaging comments on your account that arent true in an effort to make you the bad guy and force you to have you come into her branch to retrieve your money so she can try to intimidate you. She refuses to tell you who she reports to, according to her shes the boss. Pure evil to mess with people's money....people have kids to feed and bills to pay..... playing games with their cash is just plain wrong and she needs to be delt with. Who does she think she is to cause such a hardship? Despicable behavior....BB&T should be embarrassed.

Better online banking than most I've seen and the people are wonderful to work with.
