Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) N Columbia Ave, Rincon

Stopped by to make an adjustment to my account for a personal reason. The blonde haired woman with tattoos on her arms asked me what I needed to do today. I told her i need to make a change to my account. Right in the lobby stamding in front of other customers. I asked if we could discuss it in private and she said not right now. I need you to tell me why you are making a change. I told her I'd rather not discuss it in the lobby. Her response was that everyone was busy so I'd just have to tell her. I am going from here to wells fargo to open an account, drain both accounts here and separate from BOA.

This bank has helpful people working there, but it's impossible to reach anyone by phone if you wish to clarify something before going in for assistance. If you call the local number, there is an option on the menu to speak with someone at the bank, but I seem to strike out 100% of the times I try. I've been needing to have a question answered for over a week and can't ever get anyone to answer at the local bank. Even though I like the people who assist me when I go there, it's a frustration to have to go in person every single time when you just have a simple question that could be answered over the phone. That used to be possible, but not anymore. :(

your branch in rincon ga has very very rude customer service. i called to report a problem with my account,,,,they hung up on me. i called back very upset and they tried to blame that on me....what....they said i would have to come in to resolve the problem... i am handicapped and can not get around withouth help... there is no compassion with this office; they are too arogant ands full of themselves, i probably will do my bankig elsewhere soon,,,,this is not the first time that this branch has looked down on me.

I don’t find 0 star. All people are not good. I had two different kind work they don’t do. Same kind work we went to Pooler Branch they dis 100% work with appreciation.

Check written on Bank of America. Refused to cash even though husband endorsed it. Also I have power of attorney still refused to cash the check! Said payee had to be the one to cash even though it’s written on Bank if America. Attorney said should have cashed cause it is endorsed nope and nope to power of attorney!! Worst bank ever. Rude employees as well!

If I could give no stars I would. My husband waited for over an hour for a temporary card to be issued meanwhile several people coming in out within 5 minutes of being here. They are way understaffed and not professional at all. I will not be coming back to this Bank of America.

People are generally courteous and competent but there aren't enough of them. Seems as if Bank of America has abandoned the Rincon market. Such a shame....
