Truist Florida Ave S, Lakeland

Horrible customer service. On Friday morning I sat for more than 20 minutes to wait for access to my safe deposit box. I was completely ignored and after a while had to leave. This has happened before. There were people sitting around at desks in offices with closed doors and only one clerk was helping a customer.

The Suntrust on S Florida Ave is the only one open on Saturday. I drove 30 minutes to get there. They close at 12:00, I arrived at 11:25 and was told to come back Monday because they weren’t taking anymore customers today. I do not suggest banking here! They are no help.

Have been going to this location for years for my business deposit but lately the commercial line has had a horrible wait. No less than a 15 minute each time. Usually around 4:00-4:30 and I just don't understand the hold up.

They’re always having to close early for no reason

Awful. Waited in drive through 30 min. I am changing banks very soon. Service just keeps getting worse.

All i wanted was to change my bill into quarters...apparently if your not an account holder they do not offer this service. I understand banks need to make money, but a bank with Good customer service would realize That's how you turn someone into a customer. My great grandmother had always written my birthday checks on SunTrust checks for at least the last 30 years. i considered opening a business account for my small business i will definitely be taking my business else where. But apparently it's par for the course with this branch at least

This location is horrible. I always have to wait long to make an transaction because they are under staffed. I guess the customer has to be inconvenienced because suntrust wants to save money

The manager need to go and take a customer service course, and very little profecional
