Florida Central Credit Union is an outstanding financial institution. My husband and I switched from MidFlorida Credit Union to Florida Central because we felt our banking needs were not being met. We currently have our car loan and mortgage through Florida Central because of their excellent rates and customer service. From day one, we have felt like a part of the family. Their employees are caring and supportive and try to provide the best experience possible. ILEANA has always provided excellent service and when I call, I ask for her but name. I highly recommend Florida Central to all my friends and family.

This bank goes above and beyond. I worked with Brian on my car loan and he went beyond to assist us with the pain points from the loan process to the payoff for our previous vehicle to ensuring our new vehicle was registered in the state of FL since it was purchased out of state. The easiest part of the process was the bank half of things. I will definitely use their Services and Brian as a contact next time I am in need of this bank services.

This is our 6 or 7th car loan with FCCU. Customer service is excellent and this time we worked with Dacia Delacerda and she went above and beyond as the dealership was very slow to process necessary paperwork. But the FCCU side was smooth and very thorough. Thank you!
