TD Bank Florida Ave S, Lakeland

TD Bank closed by me which was 3 miles away. now I have to go 25 miles sometimes it takes me 30 to 35 minutes to get there just to do banking. I’ve always love TD Bank when I moved to Florida I stayed with them but now it’s just too far to go will be changing soon!😫

I love TD. Daniel the teller always is on point with my experience. I have to travel to TD maybe twice a month and its always a pleasure.

Poor service. Went in to apply for a credit card and still never had any follow-up communication with the staff regarding the follow-up on my application status (I went in rather then completing it online because they told me it would be quicker and I'd be able to get the card the same day). When I finally called them back after not hearing anything for a while, for they said I was denied and couldn't tell me a reason why- and that I had to wait until the notice came in the mail 1-2 weeks later which would state the reason! Don't waste your time at this bank. I have excellent credit and 2 accounts with them, and will look to take my money out. Put your money in any other bank but TD Bank!!

Understaffed, always busy and ignores their phone. Toronto Dominion should invest more in hiring tellers instead of freezing funds for truckers in Canada

Been using this bank for personal and business accounts for years. Having a problem with my business account, no one calls you back, I even left office to see someone. Was here at 430 and told no one could help me today.... take your business elsewhere, I will be closing my accounts as soon as I can get someone to answer the phone or even talk to me.... poorest treatment I have ever recieved....

One star review. The clerk at this location withdrew 10'000.00 from my savings account after a deposit was made. The mistake was noticed by the clerk but at the time said nothing because it was busy and she would check it later. This locked the account and put it far into the negative. After hours on the phone the branch reached back out to us and showed no regret or urgency about the matter and had to tend to other customers. There was no apology whatsoever. Will update on resolution. This also happened to be my birthday. Happy birthday to me.

Excellent and fast customer service compared to another bank. Lamin did a fantastic job. Thank you, TD, for having a great team player.

3 different office personnel 1 busy 2 open just left me sitting there without even saying a word like I was a ghost very unprofessional I've been with this bank for 10 years and this is the treatment I receive for being a loyal customer!? Not Happy to say the least !

Always understaffed, never answer their phones, definitely looking into changing banks after almost 10 years.

They always help me out good and friendly people work there
