Truist Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe

It's just been one thing after another since Truist took over... ATM's that don't work to You can't get a person on the phone.very irritating And the ATM inside Walmart in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia isn't a Truist ATM, and it charges you to withdraw money. Business just isn't the same.

Not gonna lie getting hung up on while your explaining why you called not the best service by a miss Kirstie but whatever theres other employees there with the sense God gave geese and knows not to hang up with a account holder

Very disappointed in recent continued business practices. As a small business owner, our base account under the original terms worked fine, only one issue and the bank agreed part of it was their slight and did fix that issue the problem now is they increased even on established long time customers the min balance for no fee even on established accounts. I do not appreciate it and am looking for a replacement account. Unless they make some adjustments.

I have always enjoyed doing banking in Ft. Oglethorpe; everyone is always so nice; I have had the pleasure of dealing with Leksy and she is very knowledgeable. She has helped me with many things. She is a plus to Sun Trust Bank in Ft. Oglethorpe.

The ppl there are great so friendly and pretty funny too. I had a great experience. I also just opened an acct with them too. So far so good.

I've had an account with Sun Trust for many years and the company has been good to me. But today I stopped by to get a print off of a check I deposited 2 months ago. This took the gentleman no less than 15 minutes. Worse, he wasn't friendly and looked blankly at me as I attempted at small talk to pass the time. He was very rude and I felt as if I were a big inconvenience to his day. His name was Dennis. The other woman at the counter was very friendly, I was bummed she wasn't the one to help me.

I got married last year and waited until today to go change my name on the bank account, because the people there are always rude. I was hoping that after waiting a year to go back it would be different, but no.....still rude. The girl never smiled once and she wasn't nice at all.

Very dissatisfied. In the day and age of computers. If I deposit a pay check it should be available the next day NOT 7 days later.
