I don't get why they have bad reviews. I've been going here for years and they always treat me right. Tiffany always goes above and beyond to get what I need done. I'm not a fan of banks but I will go out of my way to go to this branch when I need something.

Chrystal Southworth the bank manager is very unprofessional and has very little to no customer service skills. Teller Tiffany is an instigator and also needs more training in customer service. I just left after 1/2 hour of them wasting my time for something that could have been done in 5 mins. Awful service. I did call and file a formal complaint with SunTrust.

I opened this account and stopped using it almost one year ago! Today... August 29th, I got a mail saying I owe $125.02 on my debit card being overdraft on my account which makes no sense. Agents are trying to explain to me that it was the banks decision to allow merchants to take money from my account even when my balance was lower than what the charge was! The did not decline any purchases made ! The moment I opened this account I was never able to use my online banking... not even once! It's either the online banking is temporarily down... service problem.. telling me my password is wrong, account number is wrong, user ID is wrong ... everything with this place is wrong.

I got yelled at last year for posting a picture on here of the place. The teller was nice, so I wasn't too upset.

A particular person at this SunTrust , is not very trustworthy... she gives out information about someone's personal account... to others in the family, that are not even on this person's account. I personally dont deal with this bank, but one of my family members do, and they are gonna move from this bank.
