The tellers are always so great and Mr. Foster is always willing to help you out. They will help get you in and out fast. I have been banking here for years and always choose to go to this location because of their friendliness.

Since I moved here over twenty years ago I have always been satisfied with particularly this location. Bobby Foster is the best I've ever dealt with. He is very prepared and knowledgeable.

I have been getting the run around trying to solve an issue with my account with Truist. I spoke with Meghan, she took the time to hear me out and help me. Thank you Meghan 😊.

I would like to complain about the shoddy service and underhandedness of BB&T. My daughter had an account with them for years. She went to remove the money to another account so she wrote a check for the amount in he account. She forgot about a Netflix charge. So the bank gave her a NSF fee. She deposited the money to cover the Netflix fee. She then went to the bank because she had a card from when she opened the account that gave her a freebie. They drop that charge then issued another NSF fee because they paid $0 dollars. When we called about the new NSF fee they said it was because she did not have enough money to cover the original check. Now the way I see it is she had the money for the check but not the Netflix charge or she had the money for the Netflix but not the check. How did she not have money for both. They basically double charged us and refuse to give us the money back for the second NSF fee that they charged. How do you charge a fee for paying $0 dollars. Needless to say I am going at lunch to cancel all 3 accounts I have with them

Always have great customer service, but sometimes not enough staff members which makes the waiting time long. Great bank though.

I live in Inman and there is a BB&T right down the street from me…. I drive to the boiling springs location every time I have to do banking… Thank you Lauren!!! For the exceptional customer service that you provide for this location…

I hate going to this location! Lauren is rude and treats me differently than other customers. I had more than 2 bad experiences with her and all I needed to do was a deposit something easy and simple. Poor customer service

Accepted a check from one of their customers and when I went to get it cashed, they wanted to charge me a check cashing fee. Got it cashed at another bank without a problem, or a fee.

I had a time consuming transaction , I appreciaed the grwat service.
