If you need a bank that can provide at least a moderate level of customer service you won't want to bank here. The past 2 years the lobby has been closed more than open. Currently the lobby is only open Wed. And if you want to have a real banking relationship of more than just deposits/withdrawals you will have to do your business by appointment only.

We moved here from the north and had a family member who had a account with them and recommended SunTrust! Worst decision we made because when my husband deposited his second payroll check they closed our account! All because the checks didn't match their standard they accused my husband for fraud and we were warned that even if it comes back that it wasn't accurate we weren't allowed to ever bank with them again! If I could I'd give -10 in customer service! After all they did call my husband's company and they confirmed that the payroll was legit!

Charging people to cash a check that is a sun trust check!!! Just because you don't have an account there. Beating people out of their hard earned money so they can get free money out of people that already have a hard time!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!! I have the idea they don't want to go to heaven.

I have a small business and deposited a customers check they are holding 2,500 because they say it wasn’t cashed well it was and I have proof I can’t pay my workers because of their mistake this is not fair I will go to another bank worst bank ever

I've recently decided to come back to them since my old bank was making alot of choices I didn't like but now I regret it because I've tried to cash two checks and was denied for different reasons and I'm just upset and frustrated that I made that point clear when I opened my account I was going to do this alot and was assured no problem but there is a problem i was lied to and I don't appreciate this at all

I have banked at SunTrust for many years and I have never had a problem. As I have worked in a bank and it is customary to charge for cashing a check drawn on a SunTrust account if you don't have a account there. If you don't want to pay for the service, go to your bank!Thank you SunTrust!

I have had issues with SunTrust. But they've been quick to fix them. However, I can say that I have never once had an issue with this Seneca branch and have been so impressed with the ladies there and the customer service they provide. Renee is hands down one of the best and Carol, one of the managers is fantastic as well. I can normally do all my banking online or through the ATM but when an issue arose that required me to visit I was treated so well and they went above and beyond to assist!

Friendly, speedy service. They're usually willing to answer questions and take care of whatever needs to be done during one visit. Opening accounts is fairly simple, too. The building is clean, easy to spot with more than one entrance/exit, and the parking is ample. Plus, being so near restaurants and stores makes it convenient to get lots of errands done all at once.

This bank in Seneca has repeatedly wasted my time with prolonged service inconvenient waiting for service judgmental looks and jesters would not recommend this bank for banking and wish my clients would use any other bank than this one more aggravation than it is worth

Has always had a pleasant experience at the Seneca branch. Been with them over 4 yrs now.
