Walked in and immediately felt welcome. Everyone spoke in spite of dealing with customers. The atmosphere was very friendly. Everything was straightforward and they even paid off another loan of mines with a small increase to my payments. It was still less than what I was paying every two weeks with the other loan. It was a very enjoyable experience. They were very upfront about everything and even help me consolidate a loan which in other words means they paid off a existing loan for me and even put money in my pocket. Payment increase was not bad all because it helped me save money in the long run.
