Truist Stafford Dr, Princeton

Since Truist took over I am now ready to leave my 30 year relationship with BB&T. They got my money hostage now. Locked me out of my debit card account. I can't open it until I activate my new card which they haven't sent to me yet and my old one still good for a month. They are outright stealing my money

I am not from the area. I was buying a car from a lady that banked at BB&T. I had to call the bank to ask for them to print out some documents for me. Kenny Billings took care of the printing. Later in the day I was struggling with getting a wire finished from my bank to BB&T and Kenny once again started calling around and couldn't find it, when it did finally come in, he called the lady right away. He went above and beyond and made a stressful day more pleasant. I appreciate the Bank, their time and willingness to go the extra mile.

Had to call 3 times just to get through to someone to simply get my account number. Person that did answer acted as if I was a bother to her. Doesn't focus on customer service at this location. That's for sure!

I’ve really never been through such rude customer service as I was treated so disrespectfully by Diana today. I went in to get copies of my business statement which I’ve done business with them since 2005 and had this same account. She refused to give them to me bc my maiden name was supposedly still on the account (I’ve been married since 2009)!!! She started interrogating me asking me why I needed them, why I hadn’t updated a signature card which I’m pretty sure I have or the debit card would still have my maiden name instead of my married name lol. My drivers license wasn’t enough identification for me to get copies of my own statements!!!! Very rude and personal questions that had no relevance to my request. Even went as far to ask me if i has ever talked to anyone going through the drive thru to make my deposits?!??! Ummmm no other than ty have a nice day??? Treated me as if I wasn’t really me, she stated the checks I had signed she really couldn’t tell if they matched my ID!!!!! So I’m going back tomorrow to close this account and take my money elsewhere lol.....and I’m taking my husband whom they’ve requested to see in person in order to get him copies of our statements which he needed in the first place. He has never controlled this account since 2005 I have always done the banking. I really don’t understand why people have no customer service skills and are allowed to treat someone like this!!!!!!

I need a notary to act as an authorized representative for an I9 form. The notary at this branch would not even look at the (very simple) instructions before refusing to help me. If I can't find someone to do this it could cost me the job I was just offered. I'm probably going to be banking somewhere else from now on.

This place is a joke. I have a SunTrust account and I have questions about the Truist merger or rake over, whatever the case may be. The closest SunTrust bank to me is almost an hour away. I work during the week and cannot go to the BB&T which is 5 minutes from me. I have called for weeks and no one will answer the phone.This is so ridiculous. I am going to to withdraw my money out and go elswhere.

Labor Day weekend and third of the month only 3 total personnel inside. Only one teller inside line to the back door! Drive through backed up too Stanford drive! Then Saturday drive through backed up 3 lines only … I only saw one person inside… total waste of my time during that Friday and Saturday 11/2 hours. I believe I will move!

This bank is awful. I have been a customer for years. My husband and I share an account. Two separate occasions we have tried to add my name to the account and years later it still has not been done. They can’t even tell me why I have an over draft. Which is not normal for us because we are responsible unlike this bank. Today I am pulling my money out and going else where.

Very nice bank, easy to notice, drive through lanes and atm available. Plenty of parking and exceptionally nice building. Public restrooms are available inside and there is handicap accessible parking as well as a handicap accessible entrance and exit.

Run down shops and parking lot. Peking House and Dollar General are the main interests in this area. Little Caesars Pizza has built a new facility there too.
