    Went to have my new car serviced. They were very thorough and they did an excellent job! The service people were all very nice and they had some really beautiful vehicles on their lot. However, I wasn't shopping so I don't know what kind of deals they're offering right now..

    Ramey Ford and Kevin Cochran did a wonderful job during the purchase of my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport. We contacted them on a Monday, they let me drive the car for 4 days and did the deal on the 5th day. We've bought the last 3 cars there and have had nothing but great service from these guys.     Place has slowly went downhill. The only good thing about that place is Kathy at Service Department. Had my wifes Explorer in for a problem and they said it was the engine compartment fusebox needed to be cleaned. Over 500 dollars to clean. That didn't fix the problem. Got another appointment and was informed that nothing was wrong with her automobile because there were no codes coming up. And that if your automobile has no codes coming up then nothing is wrong. So if they can't fix it , they keep your money. Sad . SMH Great Way To Do Business. Just like my f150. Had it in on Multiple Occasions for a engine noise that a deaf person could hear. Their Diognoses..... We hear nothing and no codes are reading. Months later the engine blows up. The cause was the noise that was coming from the timing chain area. Thank God it expired in Tenn. Ted Russell Ford in Knoxville Tenn knows how to do business. Ramey ford would not accept my automobile nor have anything to do with helping with a rental. Yes it took 6 months for a engine replacement but all the while, Ted Russell Ford supplied me with a rental for those 6 months at no charge and Delivered my automobile to me from Knoxville to Blfd WV. 1 week later the truck broke down again. Tried to get it towed to Ramey Ford. They would not accept it. Said it was a workmanship problem. They wouldn't even look at it .So how did they know it was a workmanship issue?????Sounds like they go off of assumptions. Called Ted Russell and not only did they send a tow truck . They called our local enterprise and set me up a rental. They towed my truck all the way back to Knoxville, fixed it and towed it All the way back to me . Problem was not poor workmanship either. It was a broken part , not related to the engine replacement Ted Russell Knows How To Do Business. Yea .... Ramey Can Do The Deal Alright. They can sale em but good luck on getting them fixed and Real help while getting them fixed. Ramey will not give a Rental past 30 days even though Ford says otherwise. Oh , My Truck Was Still Under The Factory Warrenty. They have no real Service Techs. So you better hope a code comes up. That's All they know how to do.If Ted Russell Ford can Do what they done for me . Then why couldn't Ramey do Something? The only thing they are interested in is ..... We Do The Steal .

    Larry Clark come through again with the deal I was looking for. I am very pleased with my car. I've had a couple of issues I believe are going to be fine. I hear a flapping (knocking? pinging?) sound under my car and have been told it is probably a flap in the turbo boost box that the wind will cause at faster speeds. The speed of the sale transaction was faster than expected and a friend pointed out immediately that the rear rotors are worn; that they and the brakes need replaced. Larry spoke with his GM and this is supposed to be taken care of. Hopefully, I will be as pleased with this Escape at least as long the previous. Thank you

    Once again, an easy painless experience. All of the staff was so helpful and friendly. Went way beyond others places I have visited. Grady is a wonderful salesman to do business with, no pressure and really interested in getting you in what you want, not what he wants to sell. LT in finance is so efficient and on top of things it is a pleasure to wait, and the wait is really short compared to others.     HORRIBLE - I traded my 2018 vehicle on 9/9 for a 2022 F250 and its Oct. 13, they still have not paid off our traded in to the bank. Charity the internet sales person will be glad to sell you anything but you will get no customer service. When I asked why my car has not been paid off she said I just sell cars I don't do anything else. So for the month of Oct. I have to pay a car and truck payment. Also, when you buy a $63,000 vehicle you expect some type of overview for the vehicle, we got none. Took her a week just to get the information released so we could add internet to the vehicle. Called Ford and they said it should never take this to pay a car off. They have opened a case into this......pathetic service! Update Oct. 13, 2021 still have not paid off my car. Called Friday to find out when I would receive my registration from DMV. Only to find out they had never sent the information to the DMV a month after I brought the truck!!!

    Went to trade a vehicle in and I was told I could drive the new vehicle for the day before I went to the bank and I had a change of mind and when I came back they wouldn’t even put my tags back on my vehicle and were treating me like trash. I asked for the bolts to put my tag back in and got a reply that I should’ve thought about that before I came back. Won’t be back ever again. This place is an absolute joke. Worst salesman I’ve ever ran across.

    Was an unexpected breakdown and they took us right in. We had purchased the ten year warranty on the Edge and parts had to be ordered. They sent for a rental car which we drove for several days and really they had our vehicle fixed sooner than I thought. I would recommend Ramey Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. And the staff was great. All we paid was 100.00 for a almost 5.000 dollar bill. Thanks Ramey!!

    I love the Car, performance, appearance, comfort all I need. Only item not working is the modem. Two visits so far and it still does not link with ford. I talked to ford factory service and they told me to take it to the dealer and they would walk them through the set up. I will do that as soon as possible.

    I can not say enough good things about the service department here. I was traveling in the area up from Florida and looking for land when my window washers stopped working. It was also snowing/icy and I couldn’t see. It was about 23 degrees out. I took it to them with no appointment and told them I really needed this working because I’d be pretty much stranded without being able to see. They took my info and told me they would get it in and have a look. About 20 minutes later the mechanic pulled it up and front and my window was clean. Seems snappy lube #14 put cheap or watered down fluid in my washer reservoir and it was freezing as soon as it hit the nozzle. I used all of it and went straight to get the deicer kind. I thought the reservoir was empty but there was a solid chunk of the cheap stuff still in it. I just added the better stuff in with it and haven’t had an issue since. Thanks so much Ramey Ford service!

    I travel all over and when I need to take my truck in for service I usually just pick a dealership and go. Ramey Ford in Princeton has the best group of people I've ever dealt with in my travels. They are kind, courteous and pretty quick. I can count on them to find the problem and take care of it. They are definitely 5 star rating!!!! I recommend them if you need work done!!!

    Well to begin with the salesman was Charlie. Great guy to deal with he answered all questions up front. I feel like he went the whole mile to try to help me anyway he could. He was very helpful very patient and took his time to find out what I was looking for and then told me what he had accordingly. Finance guy it was great to work with I feel like both of them was upfront and honest. LOL or at least as upfront and honest as a Salesman and a finance guy can be LOL. But all jokes aside they were great to work with. As far as the car so far it has done great. It is a little smaller inside that I prefer but I knew that in the beginning. I would definitely recommend this place and the salesman and finance guy

    I saw the vehicle online and had to have it. I did an inquiry on some website and received a phone call within an hour, along with a few emails to make sure was in contact with me. Terry helped with what I wanted to accomplish and Charity took over from there. I live around 460 miles away and was able to smoothly buy the car. Everything went so well!     Great purchase experience! I found my car on Car Gurus, and was able to initiate the purchase on Ramey's website. The entire process was done electronically, and they delivered the car to my house 4 hours away from the dealership. If I'd run into a show-stopper upon test driving it, they would have taken it back, no hassle. Ask for Charity, she was very helpful with this whole process.

    Paperwork wise and everything I was pleased with but I’m very upset with the fact I had a 2021 Ford Ranger delivered to my house and it wasn’t even clean. There was dirt in the blood boards, some kind of sticky substance on the parking break, and we found a bottle of pepper spray in it. One would think if your purchasing a 40k truck it would at least be clean

    To my Ford to dealer for a stop start system problem of course it was happening when they took it for a test drive . They kept it out of sight for a hr and then parked it out front for another 1/2 hr the service department never came and got me I stood out there and they knew I was waiting I finally ask a technician who walked by and he went and got my keys. They are the worst service department I have ever done business with .

    I was shocked when Toby the salesperson cussed at me. I had given him my business card and told him to call me when a vehicle came in. 8 days later I got a call from Internet sales instead. He had given my info to them instead. I told him I wanted to do business with him specifically, he told me he had to give half his commission away if I went through online. Its a brand new vehicle that they don't have on the lot. To order one on Ford.com you have to submit it online. I asked him why and he said he didn't want to deal with me and 3 expletives followed. I will never do business with you now. Ask Charity and the other salesman that witnessed it. Disgusting!

    The first time I ever dealt with Ramey Ford in Princeton, they fixed my Edge when another car dealer could not or would not. Ramey Ford even sent someone to pick it up and gave me a loaner. (Which I was not expecting). I live 2 hrs. away from Princeton. I stopped in one day while I was in Princeton and talked to Toby about a Bronco Sport Badlands. A month later Toby called me and said that he had a Badlands Sport. I love the Bronco Sport, It has everything I wanted on it. I would deal with Ramey Princeton Ford and would buy another car from Toby as my sales person.

    I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience at Ramey!! Every person that I dealt with through the process of buying my truck was amazing, efficient, friendly!! And my truck..... I can not tell you how in love I am with my truck!! I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Limited and it is my baby!! I love every bit of it!!! Low, low mileage, interior and exterior are like new!     I love my F250! My experience with Ramey Ford Princeton was phenomenal! I dealt directly with Charity Cook for the entirety of the process and she handled everything on her end making it a seamless process for me, which was greatly appreciated. She was a joy to speak with and everything went smoothly, I couldn't have asked for more. The Truck showed up with a full tank of Diesel, was immaculately clean on the inside/outside and had that new car smell. The service department is obviously on top of their game as well. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end and I would Highly Recommend Ramey Ford.

    It's very sad they offer zero customer service. Read some of my 300 reviews I've given to places all around the world...I rarely give a negative review. While I am positive a lot of great people work there, I can only imagine the problems stem from poor leadership and management at the top. Monday August 10th I took my 2018 Explorer because the antenna was broke off, and also there were warranty issues such as bubbling paint on the hood, dash lights, and the cooling seats (I forgot to mention when I was there). They ordered the antenna and said it would arrive Wednesday, they verified the led dash lights were out and tried to find a part but would get back with me because they had to send it in, and they would schedule with the body shop for my peeling paint. I said I would have them check the cooling seats when I brought it back for the antenna, all was good and they were very nice that day - the ONLY reason it's a 2 star review. I didn't hear from them Wednesday, so I called Thursday the 13th, and was told the part indeed arrived - BUT they were backed up and I couldn't bring it for a week until the 20th. I expressed my concern that I wish they scheduled me when I was there, but they said they DO NOT schedule until the part arrives to prevent me from going out there and wasting my time if the part didn't arrive. Fair enough if that's the policy. So I go out there Thursday August 20th, waited over 90 minutes, only to be told "Sorry, the part isn't here and it's backordered 2-3 weeks"...??? What about the policy??? So my part disappeared. Then I waited...patiently... waited...no calls...nothing.... OCTOBER 14th I called...incredibly, I was told "The part FINALLY arrived...can you bring your vehicle Monday". I dropped it off late on Sunday the 18th so they had it bright and early Monday October 19th. I called the next afternoon and was told the person I need was on the phone and would call me right back. Friday the 23rd of October I called Ford corporate and was given a case number. Wednesday the 28th I called Ford corporate again and was told they put my original case in incorrectly, and they created a new case. Not even Ford Corporate is handling this properly. Finally - After 2 and half months, RAMEYS CALLED ME on Thursday October 29th! This was the first time they dialed my phone number. I returned the call the next day and was told "The hood finally arrived"...well, thank you but nobody told me we were waiting on a hood-I thought it was a paint repair but I'll take it, just wish we had better communication. Second, the antenna had been fixed-thank you. Third - They can't find a problem with the dash lights that TWO of their folks verified weren't working August 10th...and were supposedly ordering a part way back then. Fourth...of course, now that we have gone from Summer to nearly Winter temperatures outside, they can't find a problem with the cooled seats - and the warranty expires within a few thousand miles. How convenient. Still no return call from Ford Corporate, my vehicle has been at Ramey for 2 full weeks and they HOPE to have it done Tuesday. Over eighty days now of waiting, and they have called me ONE time, no apologies for the disregard of my time, no offer of a loaner...seems there is definitely a service and leadership problems at this dealership. In the mean time...in September my 2008 F150 was totaled and of course went elsewhere to buy my 2020 F150...I really wish we had a real Ford dealership closer with proper leadership and training that considered customers time as valuable as the dealership time.

    Charity cook and the whole staff including LT and Jonathan in finance really Went way above and beyond to make my buying experience extraordinary. I have owned over 20 ford trucks in my life so far. And this has definitely been the smoothest and most satisfying of all my purchases. I highly recommend Ramey Ford and charity cook.     This is the first time in my adult life that I left a dealership with a new vehicle and not feeling emotionally drained with a migraine from battling back and forth with the dealer and the finance manager! I highly recommend seeing Craig Cook at the Ramey Used car lot in Princeton. He was very knowledgable on what he had on the lot and elsewhere to find the vehicle that suited our needs and desires! He was the key factor in making our experience stress free.     My experience with Ramey Ford was excellent. Rex Ratliff was so involved in my purchase that it was wonderful. My truck is immaculate, yes it has some scratches, but it is 3 yrs. old. The interior of the truck is literally spotless. The leather is in great condition and carpet is perfect. Ramey Ford was the most reasonable dealership I viewed in my many month search.

    Had been looking for a specific Ranger for my dad and they had exactly what I wanted in stock here. Filled out the online form and got the standard email response with promise of upcoming call. Most times that never happens but these guys are different. LT called me and walked me through what they could do for me as I am in another state and 2.5 hours away. I thought their price for the truck was more than fair and they did all the paperwork for me and delivered the truck to me the next day. It was the easiest deal I have ever done in my life. Lets face it, nobody likes dealing with the entire car buying experience but I can tell you this was easy peezy. Even the delivery guys were great!! Got what I wanted, when I wanted, how I wanted and for the price I wanted.....and never left home. I cannot recommend Ramey Ford Princeton enough. Thanks guys Jeff

    I will never bring my vehicle to them again! I went in for a recall. Two days later, I was broken down on the side of the road with all of my small children! My car was perfect before they touched it. Zero problems!!! It ended up costing over 800 dollars!!! I wonder if the service department gets commission off of repairs. If so, I can imagine that’s why something so expensive magically occurred after they serviced it! Very disappointed. I will tell everyone to steer clear of them from now on!
