Truist N Columbia St, Milledgeville

A few years ago I called customer service to make payments on my auto loan account and I was always given a hard time. They apparently could not take my payment over the phone because I did not have a checking account with SunTrust. I was told that the only option to make payments was through an outside checking account. In the 21st century, with all of our digital technology they were not able to do bank transfers or credit card payments...ridiculous!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This bank has gone down tremendously over the past few years. The staff are inconsistent and incompetent with basic transactions and services requested. Not to mention, the extended stay at the drive- thru. The faces change here so frequently, it’s almost a requirement that I bring along my entire proof of human existence just to make a transaction. Each person requesting something different each visit. I hate it here! Suntrust/Truist, Milledgeville, GA

2-3 p.m. on on Monday. One Teller working the drive-thru and the front, while another gentleman walked around asking how people were doing. 25 minute wait time to get a withdrawal larger than the daily limit. Sticking to Mobile Banking or The Oconee Branch where the manager or president would run right out to assist.

Absolutely no custom service. Terrible. I was on hold 114 minutes. Issue was still not resolved.

Worst drive thru service of any SunTrust I have ever seen

Have tried to go through the drive through for weeks now and I give up arou d the 20 minute mark. I have arrived a few times & found that the drive through is closed. At 3:00 pm. I was in line, waitng for half an hour when the drive through closed while cars were in line. We once laughed about banker's hours, but this is BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!

I have been with this Bank for 10 years and had the worst customer service experience today. There website states the Drive Thur opens at 830am. That's a lie it opens at 9am. Then I stated I dont have my driver license but yet I'm here in person with my check book, social security card, birth certificate and a bill with my name an address and a photo work ID. They still refused to let me get my money or help. I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't let me. I really needed to get My Money. I will be changing Banks. SunTrust in Milledeville Ga.

Worst Suntrust we’ve been to. Sat in drive through line for an hour and thirty five minutes. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!

We've been banking with this bank for awhile now. The only problem we have had is with the check orders. Other than that it's a decent bank.

Terrible, just terrible, not even a star!
