Truist bank reports I’ve missed two mortgage payments. Yet, they drafted each month. Complete fraud. I’ve never missed a payment since starting the loan in 2016. Now, after buying out BB&T, Truist completely lied to the credit bureau and for the first time in my life, I have a late payment on my credit report. I would never use Truist . Even after speaking to employees they do not like truist. Time to get an attorney and switch banks.

This bank right here shouldn’t even be in business the workers here are totally disrespectful. They have a nasty attitude that makes you won’t to disrespect them back. Every time you come to this bank whether to cash a check or even drop money off their attitude stank… I don’t have no problem calling Labor of Board or Human Affairs on them at all

This has been my bank for over 25 years. This location has always been pleasant and professional. I've never had a problem that they could not help me with. But NOW,,, after the big merger, try calling Custer service. Hold time estimate around 60 minutes. WTH, what bank expects customers to hold for an hour. It’s not any better at the branches either. Upon calling, “ Oh we only have 4 people here so it’ll be a while before anyone can talk with you”. Damn, I sure do miss Suntrust.

They are keeping the door locked now, i guess they trying to keep the honest out. You know a crook gonna get in locked or not. All account holders stand outside, even in cold & rain waiting for them to let 1 person in. When they finally come to door, they require you to were a mask while the woman teller keeps her around her neck. If you have an exemption per the executive order, then you have to wait outside like a dog. There are too many other local options for banking, why choose Suntrust or Truist or whatever they going by now

I HATE banking here! Since SunTrust merged it has been 1 headache after another! They are slow as molasses running down a wall! You are guaranteed to spend 30+ minutes in the drive thru! I'm currently @ 50 mins!

I called the 1800 number and they tell me to call my local branch. I have called easily 15 times over 3 days and never got anyone. In fact the voicemail is an “unmonitored” voicemail. I told my partner to leave Bank of America for Suntrust and now I am regretting it.

SunTrust bank they just decide when they want to do they policy is when they don't. It seems if you go to a bank that people know you you don't get charged fees but if you go to a Other SunTrust bank they charge you a fee which is strange because it should be one policy no matter what just a thought not sure if the sellers make money off of it or if they just do it to be miserable. Will probably be moving our business account to another bank. Not a good experience in Simpsonville branch.
