M&M Tax Service Simpsonville

Very dissapointed, I filed my taxes paper (due to IP Pin Issues) in March. Still haven't gotten my return so I called the IRS, they have no recollection of my taxes being filed. I'm a pretty patient person but this is ridiculous, when I called M&M office a while back because I hadn't recieved my taxes I was told it would take some time. My taxes were not recieved by the IRS, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS in the 19 years I have filed my taxes. I now have to find a way to refile and wait EVEN longer. Upset is an understatement on how I feel at this very moment.

There’s a reason I came back this year! I’m so used to waiting for hours and hours, and here we were in and out. Good, efficient, and friendly office.

Did my taxes here for almost 10 years. The staff here is always great. However ... it is very expensive, I was being charged around $500 everytime. I assumed I was paying for a safety net if anything went wrong, but when the IRS sent me a letter stating they over paid me $1000 M&M said there was nothing they could do to help me, Even though they were the ones filing my taxes for me...I use an Efiling app now, $30 to file, saves me a ton of money and taxes come back faster.

The people (at the Simpsonville store) were friendly and helpful, but obviously they did not do my taxes right, as both my national and state taxes had to be adjusted. I had to pay South Carolina TWICE what M&M said I owed the state. Will not use again. If you are going to make me pay over $200, do it right.

Quick and speedy service and everyone was great.

Nikolay was very welcoming and helpful. He explained everything in detail and I left with all questions answered. Simpsonville staff are very friendly and will keep you laughing.

This business is no better then the liberty tax. Rude, argumentative, incompetent, and just all around unprofessional. They waited 6 weeks after we signed for a paper file knowing we cant e-file to contact my wife and I about an electronic filing process that wasn't supposed to be done in the first place. The lady that spoke to us persistently argued with my wife after about the matter not knowing or even asking for the reasoning behind the way we had to file. We were charged full price for our services even though they couldn't deliver the what we paid for. If you have a simple return you might be lucky enough not to go through this annoying process. As for us the taste of poor quality in customer care will be what prevents us from using this company again.

This place is amazing! Some of the best people. We've gone 5 years in a row and we love m&m Simpsonville! They've been patient when we have brought our kids (this year they stayed with grandma). They make the whole process quick and easy, explaining the details in a way that is easily understood. Mr. Phil is very helpful!

Wonderful place to work, wonderful people. If you want to do your taxes with a team that genuinely cares about you, go here. The other tax preparation services just want your wallet.

Used M & M Tax Services for the first time this year. It was a great and painless experience. Everything went smoothly and the staff was awesome. Thank you Kim Barakat for your help and a great experience. Location was easy to locate and access. Even the kids were treated to some M & M's!

They charged me 200 and people who did theirs for free with turbo tax received them before me so I recommend you use turbo tax and save 200$ and you'll get them faster

I will deffinatly be coming back next year, they have been there every step of the way to help me through the process. The costomer service is GREAT & they go beyond to make sure you leave happy. Great Job !
