This location brings the convenience and perks of dealing with a large branch chain but the customer service of a smaller family owned business. While good customer service is always expected, my experience today was beyond just exceptional customer service. The drive through was busy 6 cars or so in line but when it was my turn Brian greeted me with a great attitude and a smile that was radiating through his mask. He thanked me for my patience and informed me he’d be right with me. He was quick to process my transaction and sent me on my way with best wishes. While the interaction was quite short and through the drive through Brian left a lasting impression on great customer service and is certainly an asset to BB&T. Thanks again!

I have 3 different banks that I have accounts with. 5 banks total i deal with i know how the visit should go I've worked with many branches. Every time I use this one the Women clerks have bad attitudes. Also I tried to apply for a loan turned everything in called them the next day they didn't call me back.(witch it shouldnt even take that long). 3 days later after applying for the loan I go in there and the lady says Oh you were denied. It would have been nice to have a phone call so that I didn't sit in the waiting Room for 30 minutes while she was with someone else to tell me that I was not approved. Ive been with this bank for 9 years since i was 16 an i dont write reviews but the people at this branch need to learn a little customer service all other branches seem to treat there customers better. I will be sure to go right down the street to citadel be taken seriously and walk out with a loan like i have in the past. Do your self a favor an drive 3 seconds down the road.

I have banked here several years and received excellent service. After several acquisitions and multiple changes this branch continues to care about my needs. Thank you all for your hard work.

This was the most pleasant banking experience I have ever had. Applied for an auto loan and Jared helped me get approved while on vacation! Could not be more impressed with this bank!!

had some bad experences out there they seem so stressed out or something but i do give Brian 5 stars hes a profesional

The absolute slowest branch BB&T has no one in there is in a hurry and you will wait over 20 for something as simple as a deposit
