Truist is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with they don’t care about there customers! I have lost out on thousands dealing with this bad level of service I recommend everyone to leave this bank!

This BB&T is LITERALLY the best one I've been to. Steven Alvarez is the best banker I've ever met in my life. He's completely approachable. Helps out with everything. Even when the other bankers had no idea what was going on. Great personality. Great time. Polite staff. 5 stars!

I am very disgusted by this place but I will try to be as factual as possible In a short summary, DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH 1. My family member went to the bank to deposit $228. 2. A employee took the money from her 3. Soon after, a different employee came out with the deposit slip stating that she only deposited $8 4. Branch manager(?) suggested that it was the family member's fault 5. Main corporation was contacted, and it was CONFIRMED by the CCTV in the branch that the employees did not count the money underneath the CCTV 6. Branch manager(?) contacted again, try to state that it was her fault 7. Credit was issued without explanation or apologies I tried to contact the branch manager(?) again but no one picked up the phone. Here is what I will do if this the proper explanation is not provided to me within 72 hours; -Will contact federal banking agency for investigation -Will file an official police report -Will attempt to gain access to CCTV with above methods, if not, will complete subpoena form.

So happy to do business with BB&T. Jessie Ontiveros is extremely helpful and very professional, I couldn’t be more satisfied with his customer service skills and help.

Horrendous customer service and incompetent staff. A bank that could not process a transfer a funds from another national bank sitting three blocks away and refused to talk to their management about the issues. Opened and closed a new account in under two weeks. We will never work with another BB&T again.

Great experience with Jesse. He took his time helping me with my credit application, and answered all my questions. He was extremely personable and gave good, honest advice! My best experience with BB&T/Truist yet.

Jessie has been such a huge help. He educated me on credit and how to maintain a good credit score. He’s given me a lot of advice that I wish someone had told me sooner. He’s always nice and pleasant to be around! Would recommend.

I had just deposited money in my account through the ATM when I very urgently needed to use the bathroom before my long car ride home in tons of traffic! When I went inside I politely asked if I could use the bathroom, I even mentioned I just came from the ATM so they didn't think I just walked in from the street. The staff member told me no we don't have a bathroom. I said Ok, thank you!?? How do they use the bathroom then? My mom works at a bank and I KNOW they have a customer's restroom! I feel discriminated against! I had a REAL Emergency and they wouldn't let me go! I'm seriously thinking about switching banks now..I've been a customer with BB&T for like 15+ years! Very disappointing customer service!

I’ve had wonderful service by Jessie, one of the branch bankers there! So thorough, patient and kind! What a breathe of fresh air!! Kudos to this great branch and to excellent customer service!!
